Selon ces acteurs, le pr\u00e9sident sortant, Salif Nikiema, serait en train de manipuler les textes de l\u2019organisation pour se maintenir en poste, ce qui va \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des principes de transparence. Le 28 novembre 2024, le CNEI-BF pr\u00e9voit d\u2019organiser des \u00e9lections pour renouveler le Bureau Ex\u00e9cutif National (BEN). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cependant, Maliki Zorom, membre de la coordination nationale des associations du CNEI-BF, a qualifi\u00e9 cette date d\u2019\u00ab exclusive \u00bb et a exprim\u00e9 des doutes sur la transparence du processus \u00e9lectoral, soulignant qu\u2019elle ne garantit pas des r\u00e9sultats acceptables. Il estime que les conditions actuelles ne permettent pas de respecter les textes fondateurs de l\u2019organisation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab Nous sommes stup\u00e9faits d\u2019apprendre qu\u2019une \u00e9lection est programm\u00e9e dans le plus grand secret, sans respecter les r\u00e8gles internes \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9nonc\u00e9.Maliki Zorom a \u00e9galement critiqu\u00e9 le bilan de Salif Nikiema, affirmant que ce dernier est conscient de ses faibles chances de r\u00e9\u00e9lection si les \u00e9lections se d\u00e9roulent de mani\u00e8re transparente, comme ce fut le cas lors des \u00e9lections de 2019. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Il a averti que de telles man\u0153uvres pourraient provoquer des tensions parmi les acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle. \u00ab Nous voulons que l\u2019opinion nationale soit t\u00e9moin de cette situation, car une telle d\u00e9marche pourrait entra\u00eener des troubles parmi les acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle \u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les conf\u00e9renciers ont aussi d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 le manque de clart\u00e9 concernant la composition du BEN, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux et les modalit\u00e9s de vote pr\u00e9vues pour le 28 novembre. \u00ab Nous ignorons o\u00f9 se tiendra le congr\u00e8s, qui seront les votants, et comment les candidats pourront participer \u00bb, a d\u00e9plor\u00e9 Maliki Zorom. Face \u00e0 cette situation, les acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle ont lanc\u00e9 un appel au ministre en charge, Roland Somda, pour qu\u2019il intervienne afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une escalade. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab Nous souhaitons que cette organisation soit plac\u00e9e sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 directe du minist\u00e8re afin que les \u00e9lections se d\u00e9roulent de mani\u00e8re claire, transparente et dans un esprit de coh\u00e9sion.
