En plus de son r\u00f4le traditionnel dans l&rsquo;organisation des jeux de hasard, elle est actionnaire dans neuf grandes entreprises op\u00e9rant dans divers secteurs cl\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Lors de la 32e Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00c9tat, tenue en juin 2024, un rapport final a mis en lumi\u00e8re les investissements de la Loterie nationale burkinab\u00e8 (LONAB) dans le capital social de plusieurs entreprises. Si cette strat\u00e9gie illustre une diversification de ses activit\u00e9s, certaines prises de participation soul\u00e8vent des questions de conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire a indiqu\u00e9 le m\u00e9dia Burkinab\u00e8 en ligne d\u2019investigations <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Selon le rapport, la LONAB d\u00e9tient des parts dans le capital social de neuf entreprises, dont des institutions financi\u00e8res majeures telles que la Banque Atlantique Burkina Faso, la Banque Agricole du Faso (BADF), et ECOBANK Burkina. D&rsquo;autres investissements concernent des secteurs vari\u00e9s, comme BAGREPOLE et SOUROUPOLE dans le domaine de l&rsquo;agriculture et de l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement, ou encore la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SAFINE-SA et l&rsquo;\u00e9diteur de presse <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Jeune Afrique<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> .<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Cependant, le document reste silencieux sur les pourcentages de participation, rendant difficile une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9cise de l&rsquo;ampleur de ces investissements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Le rapport souligne un probl\u00e8me majeur : trois des prises de participation de la LONAB \u2013 dans ECOBANK Burkina, <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Jeune Afrique<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> et SOUROUPOLE \u2013 n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gularis\u00e9es par d\u00e9cret en Conseil des ministres, comme l&rsquo;exige la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur. Ce manquement expose la LONAB \u00e0 des risques juridiques et pose un probl\u00e8me de gouvernance au sein des entreprises publiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Face \u00e0 ces irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s, la LONAB a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00ab prendre les mesures idoines \u00bb pour se conformer aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires. Une r\u00e9gularisation par d\u00e9cret semble \u00eatre la voie \u00e0 suivre pour garantir la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 de ces investissements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Ce constat met en lumi\u00e8re un besoin urgent de renforcement des m\u00e9canismes de contr\u00f4le et de gouvernance dans les entreprises publiques burkinab\u00e8. Il rappelle \u00e9galement l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;une transparence accrue dans la gestion des participations financi\u00e8res, surtout dans un contexte o\u00f9 ces entreprises jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie nationale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette situation n&rsquo;est pas sans cons\u00e9quences. Elle pourrait entacher la r\u00e9putation de la LONAB et affecter la confiance des investisseurs dans les entreprises publiques burkinab\u00e8. Les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes agiront rapidement pour \u00e9viter des r\u00e9percussions plus graves sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et sur la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des institutions publiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Alors que l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale a permis de faire un \u00e9tat des lieux, l&rsquo;attention est d\u00e9sormais tourn\u00e9e vers la LONAB pour voir comment elle se conformera aux recommandations du rapport.
