Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur d\u00e9termination et \u00e0 un partenariat strat\u00e9gique avec la <strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><a style=\"color: #99cc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/fermedjoda.com\/\">Ferme Djoda<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, elles ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 leur premi\u00e8re r\u00e9colte d&rsquo;ananas, marquant une \u00e9tape prometteuse dans la diversification agricole au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de travail minutieux, 150 kg d&rsquo;ananas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur une centaine de plants. Une quantit\u00e9 modeste, mais qui repr\u00e9sente un symbole fort de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et d&rsquo;innovation pour cette communaut\u00e9 religieuse. Ce projet agricole, lanc\u00e9 en 2023, est l&rsquo;aboutissement d&rsquo;un accompagnement technique fourni par la Ferme Djoda, pionni\u00e8re dans la culture de l&rsquo;ananas au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n<p>Sous l&rsquo;encadrement de sp\u00e9cialistes, les s\u0153urs ont appris les techniques de plantation, d&rsquo;entretien et de gestion des cultures adapt\u00e9es aux conditions climatiques du pays. \u00ab Nous sommes fiers des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le Monast\u00e8re de Koubri. Ce projet prouve que les communaut\u00e9s locales peuvent accomplir des choses extraordinaires lorsqu&rsquo;elles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;un encadrement ad\u00e9quat et d\u00e9montrer une r\u00e9elle d\u00e9termination \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Oumarou Compaor\u00e9, promoteur de la Ferme Djoda.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet s&rsquo;inscrit dans une logique de diversification agricole visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance aux cultures traditionnelles. L&rsquo;ananas, bien qu&rsquo;originaire d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Sud, est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 aux r\u00e9gions tropicales. Il constitue non seulement une source de revenus int\u00e9ressants, mais aussi un aliment nutritif riche en vitamines.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ussite du Monast\u00e8re de Koubri d\u00e9passe le cadre de leur communaut\u00e9. Elle offre une source d&rsquo;inspiration pour d&rsquo;autres acteurs ruraux, en mettant en avant les avantages de l&rsquo;agriculture durable et de la coop\u00e9ration. Ce type d&rsquo;initiative contribue au renforcement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique local, tout en valorisant les ressources et le savoir-faire locaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u0153urs envisagent d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00e9largir leur domaine agricole et d&rsquo;explorer des opportunit\u00e9s de transformation des fruits, notamment pour la production de jus ou de confitures. \u00ab Cette premi\u00e8re r\u00e9colte est un encouragement \u00e0 aller plus loin. Nous voulons montrer qu&rsquo;avec de la patience et du travail, il est possible de transformer notre environnement \u00bb, confie l&rsquo;une des productrices.<\/p>\n<p>En Afrique, la culture de l&rsquo;ananas conna\u00eet une croissance constante, soutenue par une forte demande sur les march\u00e9s locaux et internationaux.
