A ce rendez-vous de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif, des dossiers inscrits \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s et adopt\u00e9s pour la bonne marche du pays, selon le ministre d\u2019Etat porte-parole du Gouvernement, Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel OUEDRAOGO.<\/p>\n<p>Au titre du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Economie et des Finances, le Conseil a adopt\u00e9 l\u2019avant-projet de budget de l\u2019Etat exercice 2025. Ce budget est arr\u00eat\u00e9 en recettes \u00e0 3 193 milliards FCFA et en d\u00e9penses \u00e0 3 593 milliards FCFA, selon les explications du ministre Aboubakar NACANABO.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019innovation majeure dans le processus d\u2019\u00e9laboration et d\u2019adoption de l\u2019avant-projet de budget a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019arbitrage r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident du Faso qui a re\u00e7u chaque ministre et son \u00e9quipe dans le but de recentrer les pr\u00e9visions budg\u00e9taires sur les priorit\u00e9s du moment. Cet exercice, selon le ministre NACANABO visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les charges de fonctionnement au profit d\u2019investissements plus structurants dans des secteurs strat\u00e9giques tels que l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la sant\u00e9, l\u2019autosuffisance alimentaire, la protection sociale. \u00ab Cela a permis de r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9ficit qui \u00e9tait de 3,7 % \u00e0 3,2 % donc tr\u00e8s proche de la norme UEMOA qui est de 3 % \u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre de l\u2019Economie et des Finances s\u2019est r\u00e9joui du fait que tous ces efforts fournis aient permis de r\u00e9orienter certaines d\u00e9penses engag\u00e9es pour le fonctionnement vers les secteurs sociaux, notamment l\u2019Initiative pr\u00e9sidentielle pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation et celle pour la sant\u00e9, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dot\u00e9es de moyens suffisants.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet de budget, selon le ministre NACANABO, apr\u00e8s son adoption par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e l\u00e9gislative de Transition, va permettre d\u2019am\u00e9liorer, en 2025, tous les indicateurs en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance, d\u2019infrastructures et de secteurs sociaux. Le ministre de l\u2019Economie et des Finances a rappel\u00e9 les quatre piliers du Plan d\u2019action pour la stabilisation et le d\u00e9veloppement. Il s\u2019agit de lutter contre le terrorisme et restaurer l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 territoriale, de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la crise humanitaire, de refonder l\u2019Etat et am\u00e9liorer la gouvernance, et d\u2019\u0153uvrer \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation nationale et \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Toujours au titre du d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Economie et des Finances, le Conseil a adopt\u00e9 un rapport relatif aux sanctions financi\u00e8res cibl\u00e9es dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux et le financement du terrorisme au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre Aboubakar NACANABO a rappel\u00e9 que beaucoup d\u2019efforts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour sortir notre pays de la liste grise du Groupe d&rsquo;action financi\u00e8re (GAFI). \u00ab Le rapport qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 va permettre de renforcer le dispositif juridique.
