Cette nouvelle version, appel\u00e9e <\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab e-CMC \u00bb<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> , sera disponible \u00e0 partir du <\/span><span class=\"s1\">18 novembre 2024<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> pour les op\u00e9rations de mise en circulation des v\u00e9hicules automobiles et des moteurs n\u00e9cessitant une immatriculation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Cette initiative s&rsquo;inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche de simplification et de s\u00e9curisation des proc\u00e9dures douani\u00e8res, visant \u00e0 offrir aux importateurs un service plus fluide et rapide. Selon la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes, cette d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages, tant pour les professionnels du secteur que pour l&rsquo;administration douani\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">e-CMC<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> offre une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le accumul\u00e9, limitant les risques de fraude et garantissant une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 optimale des op\u00e9rations douani\u00e8res. De plus, en permettant la suppression du support papier, ce certificat num\u00e9rique participe \u00e0 une optimisation des recettes fiscales, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 une gestion plus efficace et transparente des ressources de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">La mise en \u0153uvre du e-CMC s&rsquo;inscrit dans une politique de digitalisation des services publics en r\u00e9ponse aux besoins croissants de rapidit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le commerce international. Les importateurs peuvent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 cette version \u00e9lectronique directement en ligne, via la plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e des douanes, simplifiant ainsi les d\u00e9marches administratives souvent per\u00e7ues comme complexes et chronophages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> a soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de cette transformation num\u00e9rique pour le secteur, affirmant que ce projet marque une avanc\u00e9e significative dans l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des processus douaniers.
