{"id":649,"date":"2024-10-18T14:09:28","date_gmt":"2024-10-18T14:09:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=649"},"modified":"2024-10-18T14:09:28","modified_gmt":"2024-10-18T14:09:28","slug":"niger-interdiction-de-lexportation-de-certaines-cereales-exception-pour-le-mali-et-le-burkina-faso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=649","title":{"rendered":"Niger : Interdiction de l\u2019exportation de certaines c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, exception pour le Mali et le Burkina Faso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 ce mercredi 16 octobre par le Secr\u00e9tariat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Gouvernement, le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil National pour la Sauvegarde de la Patrie (CNSP) a annonc\u00e9 une interdiction imm\u00e9diate de l&rsquo;exportation de plusieurs types de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, notamment le riz paddy, le riz blanchi, le mil, le sorgho, le ni\u00e9b\u00e9 et le ma\u00efs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Cette mesure vise \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">prot\u00e9ger l\u2019approvisionnement du march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de ces produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour la population nig\u00e9rienne. \u00ab Le Pr\u00e9sident du CNSP a pris cette d\u00e9cision dans le souci de rendre accessibles les denr\u00e9es de grande consommation sur le march\u00e9 \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9 officiel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Toutefois, cette interdiction <\/span><span class=\"s1\">ne s\u2019applique pas aux exportations<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> \u00e0 destination des \u00c9tats membres de l&rsquo;Alliance \u00c9conomique et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (AES), \u00e0 savoir <\/span><span class=\"s1\">le Mali et le Burkina Faso<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, soulignant ainsi la solidarit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale au sein de cette organisation nouvellement form\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Le gouvernement assure que des <\/span><span class=\"s1\">mesures ad\u00e9quates<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> seront mises en place pour garantir une <\/span><span class=\"s1\">r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration juste<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> aux producteurs locaux, malgr\u00e9 les restrictions \u00e0 l&rsquo;exportation. Cette d\u00e9cision, bien que drastique, vise \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer les int\u00e9r\u00eats des agriculteurs et ceux des consommateurs dans un contexte de pression croissante sur les march\u00e9s alimentaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Le CNSP a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 des <\/span><span class=\"s1\">instructions fermes<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> au Ministre du Commerce, aux gouverneurs de r\u00e9gions, aux pr\u00e9fets, ainsi qu\u2019aux administrateurs d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s des communes et villes pour veiller au <\/span><span class=\"s1\">strict respect de cette interdiction<\/span><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Les contrevenants s\u2019exposent \u00e0 des <\/span><span class=\"s1\">sanctions s\u00e9v\u00e8res<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. \u00ab Toute cargaison saisie en infraction avec cette mesure sera imm\u00e9diatement mise \u00e0 la disposition de l\u2019Office des Produits Vivriers du Niger (OPVN), sans possibilit\u00e9 de restitution \u00bb, indique le communiqu\u00e9, pr\u00e9cisant que des <\/span><span class=\"s1\">poursuites administratives et\/ou p\u00e9nales<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> pourront \u00e9galement \u00eatre engag\u00e9es contre les contrevenants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Cette d\u00e9cision s\u2019inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie plus large de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">stabilisation des march\u00e9s int\u00e9rieurs<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> alors que le Niger, comme d\u2019autres pays de la r\u00e9gion, fait face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques et alimentaires importants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">Par Vox Sahel <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 diffus\u00e9 ce mercredi 16 octobre par le Secr\u00e9tariat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Gouvernement, le<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":650,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[15],"tags":[61,62,18,366,87,73,49,31,60],"class_list":["post-649","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-international","tag-aes","tag-alliance-des-etats-du-sahel","tag-burkina-faso","tag-cereale","tag-diplomatie","tag-exportation","tag-geopolitique","tag-mali","tag-niger"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
