{"id":513,"date":"2024-10-05T23:11:37","date_gmt":"2024-10-05T23:11:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=513"},"modified":"2024-10-05T23:11:37","modified_gmt":"2024-10-05T23:11:37","slug":"communique-direction-generale-des-douanes-avis-aux-commissionnaires-en-douane-agrees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=513","title":{"rendered":"Communiqu\u00e9 Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes : Avis aux Commissionnaires en douane agr\u00e9\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MINIST\u00c8RE DE <\/strong><strong>L\u2019\u00c9CONOMIE ET DES FINANCES\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>BURKINA FASO\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Unit\u00e9-Progr\u00e8s-Justice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SECR\u00c9TARIAT G\u00c9N\u00c9RAL\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTION G\u00c9N\u00c9RALE DES DOUANES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ouagadougou, le 30 ao\u00fbt 2024\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00b0 2024-06-018 \/ MEFP\/SG\/DGD\/BFRC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>AVIS AUX COMMISSIONNAIRES EN DOUANE AGR\u00c9\u00c9S<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objet : \u00c9valuation des v\u00e9hicules et engins de travaux publics usag\u00e9s par le Centre de Contr\u00f4le des V\u00e9hicules Automobiles (CCVA)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il est port\u00e9 \u00e0 la connaissance des Commissionnaires en Douane Agr\u00e9\u00e9s (CDA) que dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre du contrat entre le Centre de Contr\u00f4le des V\u00e9hicules Automobiles (CCVA) et la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes (DGD), il a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 au CCVA l\u2019\u00e9valuation des v\u00e9hicules automobiles import\u00e9s d\u2019occasion \u00e2g\u00e9s de dix (10) ans au plus et des v\u00e9hicules automoteurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s usag\u00e9s au Burkina Faso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette \u00e9valuation concerne :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Les v\u00e9hicules automobiles d\u2019occasion c\u00f4t\u00e9s, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire dont l\u2019\u00e2ge n\u2019exc\u00e8de pas dix (10) ans \u00e0 compter de la date de premi\u00e8re mise en circulation, import\u00e9s par des professionnels ou des particuliers ;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Les v\u00e9hicules automoteurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s usag\u00e9s : v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 usages sp\u00e9ciaux (v\u00e9hicules incendie, d\u00e9panneuses, camions-grues, etc.) et les engins de travaux publics relevant des positions tarifaires 84.25 &amp; 84.30 du tarif douanier, import\u00e9s par des professionnels ou des particuliers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme usag\u00e9, au sens de la Note additionnelle du chapitre 87 du Tarif Ext\u00e9rieur Commun (TEC), tout v\u00e9hicule, d\u00e9j\u00e0 usag\u00e9, ayant plus de six (06) mois d\u2019\u00e2ge \u00e0 compter de sa date de mise en circulation ou qui a parcouru au moins 6 000 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il reste entendu que l\u2019\u00e9valuation effectu\u00e9e par CCVA demeure indicative pour l\u2019Administration des Douanes qui peut recourir \u00e0 d\u2019autres sources de v\u00e9rification.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Adama B.
