Elle est poursuivie pour des faits pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s de diffamation au pr\u00e9judice de la police municipale de Ouagadougou.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019affaire trouve son origine dans une publication faite en septembre 2026 sur la page Facebook de l\u2019avocate. Dans ce post, Me Ini Esther Doli aurait mis en cause l\u2019intervention de certains agents lors de l\u2019expulsion de clients du complexe \u00ab Allah Ti Kouma \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Elle aurait notamment \u00e9crit que \u00ab si on fouille bien parmi ceux qui ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019expulsion des clients de Allah Ti Kouma, il y a d\u2019anciens clients ou des clients \u00bb. Dans la m\u00eame publication, l\u2019avocate aurait \u00e9galement d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 ce qu\u2019elle consid\u00e8re comme un traitement diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 dans la lutte contre la prostitution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab On s\u2019en prend aux pauvres dames alors qu\u2019il y a la prostitution de luxe \u00bb, aurait-elle \u00e9crit, estimant que les op\u00e9rations de lutte contre ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne devraient \u00e9galement viser \u00ab ce type de prostitution et ceux qui l\u2019entretiennent \u00bb, plut\u00f4t que de \u00ab s\u2019acharner contre les pauvres dames \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Estimant que ces propos portaient atteinte \u00e0 son honneur et \u00e0 sa consid\u00e9ration, la police municipale de Ouagadougou a saisi la Brigade centrale de lutte contre la cybercriminalit\u00e9 (BCLCC) d\u2019une plainte contre l\u2019avocate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">Des excuses et la suppression de la publication<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Entendue dans le cadre de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, Me Ini Esther Doli aurait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses excuses, indiquant qu\u2019elle regrettait que certaines personnes aient pu se sentir vis\u00e9es par ses propos. Elle aurait par ailleurs supprim\u00e9 la publication litigieuse de sa page Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les enqu\u00eateurs lui auraient alors indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019elle pourrait \u00eatre convoqu\u00e9e de nouveau si les n\u00e9cessit\u00e9s de l\u2019enqu\u00eate l\u2019exigeaient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Alors qu\u2019elle devait se rendre en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire pour des soins m\u00e9dicaux, l\u2019avocate aurait n\u00e9anmoins \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9e sur le trajet avant d\u2019\u00eatre conduite \u00e0 la Maison d\u2019arr\u00eat et de correction de Ouagadougou (MACO).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">Les avocats plaident la libert\u00e9 provisoire<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 l\u2019audience du 30 septembre, plusieurs avocats se sont mobilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9fendre leur cons\u0153ur. Ils ont notamment plaid\u00e9 en faveur de sa mise en libert\u00e9 provisoire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue des d\u00e9bats, le tribunal a acc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 cette demande. Me Ini Esther Doli a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 remise en libert\u00e9 provisoire, tandis que l\u2019affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9e au <\/span><span class=\"s3\">14 octobre 2026<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> pour son jugement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">Le dossier \u00ab Allah Ti Kouma \u00bb en toile de fond<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette proc\u00e9dure intervient dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par le contentieux autour du complexe \u00ab Allah Ti Kouma \u00bb.
