La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise par le parquet pr\u00e8s le Tribunal de grande instance de la Commune V dans le cadre d&rsquo;une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire en cours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Selon les informations disponibles, le dossier trouve son origine dans une altercation ayant oppos\u00e9 le vid\u00e9aste \u00e0 une autre personne. Les \u00e9changes auraient d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 en invectives et insultes, conduisant la partie s&rsquo;estimant l\u00e9s\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9poser une plainte aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 la suite de cette plainte, le parquet a adress\u00e9 un soit-transmis au commissariat de Baco-Djicoroni afin de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;audition de Lamine Samak\u00e9. Les investigations men\u00e9es par les services d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, ainsi que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments recueillis au cours de cette audition, ont conduit le Premier substitut du procureur \u00e0 ordonner son placement sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le cr\u00e9ateur de contenu a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la Maison centrale d&rsquo;arr\u00eat de Bamako, o\u00f9 il demeure en attendant la poursuite de la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 ce stade, les autorit\u00e9s judiciaires n&rsquo;ont pas officiellement communiqu\u00e9 les circonstances pr\u00e9cises des faits ni les qualifications p\u00e9nales retenues contre l&rsquo;int\u00e9ress\u00e9. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments devraient \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de l&rsquo;instruction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette affaire suscite d\u00e9j\u00e0 de nombreuses r\u00e9actions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, o\u00f9 Claba b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;une importante notori\u00e9t\u00e9.
