{"id":388,"date":"2024-09-27T17:06:11","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T17:06:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=388"},"modified":"2024-09-27T17:06:11","modified_gmt":"2024-09-27T17:06:11","slug":"inondations-recurrentes-a-heredougou-une-solution-durable-simpose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=388","title":{"rendered":"Inondations r\u00e9currentes \u00e0 H\u00e8r\u00e8dougou : une solution durable s&rsquo;impose !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> au Burkina Faso<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, la route Nationale N\u00b01 au niveau du pont de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">H\u00e8r\u00e8dougou<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, pr\u00e8s de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">la localit\u00e9 de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">P\u00e2<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement submerg\u00e9e en saison pluvieuse. Cette inondation est provoqu\u00e9e par les pluies diluviennes qui gonflent le bassin versant du Grand <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Bal\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, mena\u00e7ant la circulation et mettant en p\u00e9ril la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers. Le 21 ao\u00fbt 2024, l&rsquo;eau a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">vait<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> atteint des niveaux critiques, montant de 13 \u00e0 15 cm en seulement deux heures. Et encore <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ce <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">27 septembre, la situation s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&lsquo;est encore <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">r\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">p<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">t<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ee <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. La chauss\u00e9e est \u00e0 nouveau<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> engloutie<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> par les eaux<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, paralysant cette voie essentielle du r\u00e9seau routier burkinab\u00e8.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Au-del\u00e0 des d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments pour les automobilistes, cette inondation met en lumi\u00e8re une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plus pr\u00e9occupante : l&rsquo;obsolescence de l&rsquo;infrastructure routi\u00e8re au niveau du Grand <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Bal\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. Le pont de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">H\u00e8r\u00e8dougou<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, ensabl\u00e9 et v\u00e9tuste, ne r\u00e9pond plus aux exigences actuelles. Les pluies, dont l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 est exacerb\u00e9e par les effets des changements climatiques, d\u00e9passent les capacit\u00e9s de cette structure. Le r\u00e9sultat est un d\u00e9sastre r\u00e9current qui paralyse la circulation, impacte les \u00e9changes commerciaux et aggrave les conditions de vie des riverains d\u00e9j\u00e0 frapp\u00e9s par des sinistres.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Cette situation<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">qui aurait pu \u00eatre per\u00e7ue comme une exception il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, est d\u00e9sormais la norme chaque saison des pluies. Face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence d\u2019un probl\u00e8me structurel, la question qui se pose est celle de l\u2019inaction prolong\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">temps d<\/span><\/span><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">e prendre le taureau par les cornes pour pr\u00e9venir le pire<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Il est urgent que les autorit\u00e9s prennent conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une r\u00e9habilitation en profondeur de cette portion strat\u00e9gique de la RN1. Il ne suffit plus de colmater les br\u00e8ches d&rsquo;un ouvrage v\u00e9tuste. Une solution durable, incluant un r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement complet du pont de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">H\u00e8r\u00e8dougou<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> et de son environnement, doit \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e. En outre, l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du changement climatique dans les politiques d&rsquo;infrastructure est primordiale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Laisser cette situation perdurer, c&rsquo;est exposer la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 des risques courus, tant sur le plan humain qu&rsquo;\u00e9conomique. Au-del\u00e0 des inondations ponctuelles, il y a la crainte que des incidents plus graves surviennent, affectant non seulement la mobilit\u00e9 mais aussi les activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques vitales pour le pays. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Il ne faut attendre qu&rsquo;il y ait un sinistre \u00a0pour crier \u00e0 hue et \u00e0 Dia pour proposer ou d\u00e9noncer la situation.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Le Burkina Faso m\u00e9rite des infrastructures modernes, r\u00e9silientes, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 ses besoins pr\u00e9sents et futurs. Et cela commence par une r\u00e9vision s\u00e9rieuse du pont de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">H\u00e8r\u00e8dougou<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Il faut des solutions \u00e0 long termes des infrastructures routi\u00e8res pour parer \u00e0 toute \u00e9ventualit\u00e9.
