Cinq ans d\u2019attente, une attaque terroriste et un chantier saccag\u00e9 n\u2019auront pas eu raison du projet. \u00c0 Tiombio, dans la commune de B\u00e9r\u00e9ba, le Centre de Sant\u00e9 et de Promotion Sociale (CSPS) a officiellement ouvert ses portes ce vendredi 10 juillet 2026. Une infrastructure sanitaire qui rapproche d\u00e9sormais les soins de 5 348 habitants et symbolise la r\u00e9silience d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 face \u00e0 l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le chantier aurait pu ne jamais aboutir. Lanc\u00e9e en 2021 gr\u00e2ce aux ressources transf\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00c9tat, la construction du CSPS de Tiombio a \u00e9t\u00e9 frapp\u00e9e de plein fouet par la crise s\u00e9curitaire. Attaqu\u00e9 et endommag\u00e9, le site est rest\u00e9 pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans l’incertitude.<\/p>\n

Mais la commune de B\u00e9r\u00e9ba a choisi de relancer le projet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sur son budget propre de 2025, la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation sp\u00e9ciale a mobilis\u00e9 les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9habiliter l\u2019infrastructure et achever les travaux. Un engagement salu\u00e9 par son pr\u00e9sident, Inocent NEBIE, qui a rendu hommage \u00e0 la patience et \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience des populations de Tiombio, Bihoun, Bomba et Ouani.<\/p>\n

5 348 habitants d\u00e9sormais plus proches des soins<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour les populations des quatre villages concern\u00e9s, l\u2019ouverture du CSPS marque un changement majeur. Jusqu\u2019ici, les malades, les femmes enceintes et les enfants devaient parcourir plusieurs kilom\u00e8tres pour acc\u00e9der aux services de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le nouveau centre comprend un dispensaire, une maternit\u00e9, deux logements destin\u00e9s au personnel soignant, un forage d\u2019eau potable, un d\u00e9p\u00f4t pharmaceutique, un incin\u00e9rateur et deux blocs de latrines. Un dispositif sanitaire appel\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer notamment le suivi des grossesses, les accouchements assist\u00e9s, la vaccination des enfants et la prise en charge rapide des malades.<\/p>\n

Le M\u00e9decin-chef du district sanitaire de Hound\u00e9, Dr Youssouf OUEDRAOGO, a invit\u00e9 les populations \u00e0 faire du centre leur premier r\u00e9flexe en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Il a particuli\u00e8rement insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance des consultations pr\u00e9natales, de la vaccination et du recours pr\u00e9coce aux soins.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 n\u2019est pas un privil\u00e8ge urbain \u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9sidant la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie au nom du Haut-Commissaire de la province du Tuy, le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Dieudonn\u00e9 ZEIDA a rappel\u00e9 la port\u00e9e sociale de l\u2019infrastructure. \u00ab L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 n\u2019est pas un privil\u00e8ge urbain, c\u2019est un droit rural \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 devant les autorit\u00e9s coutumi\u00e8res et religieuses, les Forces de D\u00e9fense et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS), les Volontaires pour la D\u00e9fense de la Patrie (VDP) et les populations mobilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 l\u2019engagement des forces combattantes, dont les efforts ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er les conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la reprise et \u00e0 l\u2019ach\u00e8vement du chantier. Aux populations, le message est clair : le CSPS doit \u00eatre fr\u00e9quent\u00e9, prot\u00e9g\u00e9 et pr\u00e9serv\u00e9. Quant au personnel soignant, il est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer sa mission dans le respect du professionnalisme, de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et de l\u2019humanisme.<\/p>\n

Une victoire silencieuse contre l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 de Tiombio, l\u2019ouverture de ce centre de sant\u00e9 porte une forte charge symbolique. Dans des zones \u00e9prouv\u00e9es par le terrorisme, remettre en service une infrastructure sociale, rapprocher l\u2019administration des populations et garantir l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services essentiels constituent aussi une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
