Une initiative qui marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la gestion des difficult\u00e9s fonci\u00e8res qui persistent depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans cette partie de la ville.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Pr\u00e9sident de la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation sp\u00e9ciale (PDS) de l\u2019Arrondissement 7, Souleymane Sanon, qui a annonc\u00e9 le lancement prochain du processus d\u2019apurement du passif foncier. Selon lui, cette d\u00e9marche traduit la volont\u00e9 des autorit\u00e9s locales de privil\u00e9gier une approche participative en associant directement les populations \u00e0 la recherche de solutions durables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00ab La mise en place de cette commission constitue un nouveau d\u00e9part dans la gestion de la question fonci\u00e8re \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le PDS, rappelant que les difficult\u00e9s enregistr\u00e9es remontent notamment aux ann\u00e9es 2006, 2011 et 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Pour les autorit\u00e9s locales, l\u2019implication des repr\u00e9sentants des diff\u00e9rentes zones concern\u00e9es permettra une meilleure prise en compte des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain. Ces repr\u00e9sentants, choisis au sein des communaut\u00e9s, auront pour mission de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019identification de solutions adapt\u00e9es aux pr\u00e9occupations des habitants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Chaque zone concern\u00e9e dispose de deux repr\u00e9sentants au sein de la commission.
