L\u2019Association islamique pour l\u2019assistance aux d\u00e9tenus (AIPAD) a organis\u00e9 son congr\u00e8s le 12 avril 2026 \u00e0 Ouagadougou \u00a0pour faire le bilan du mandat \u00e9coul\u00e9, actualiser ses textes et renouveler ses instances. A cet effet, \u00a0les membres ont renouveler \u00a0leur confiance \u00e0 Abdoulaye Dera, comme pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AIPAD,d\u00e9sormais engag\u00e9 \u00e0 impulser une dynamique plus forte au service des personnes incarc\u00e9r\u00e9es<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2012, l\u2019AIPAD intervient dans les milieux carc\u00e9raux avec une approche \u00e0 la fois spirituelle, sociale et humanitaire. \u00ab<\/span> Il s\u2019agit d\u2019aider ces personnes \u00e0 se reconstruire, \u00e0 se r\u00e9ins\u00e9rer et \u00e0 garder espoir \u00bb<\/span>, a expliqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident, soulignant l\u2019importance d\u2019un accompagnement global pour des d\u00e9tenus souvent marginalis\u00e9s.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Le nouveau mandat s\u2019ouvre toutefois sur de nombreux d\u00e9fis. L\u2019association ambitionne d\u2019\u00e9tendre ses activit\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire, en mettant en place des sections dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions abritant des maisons d\u2019arr\u00eat. Cette strat\u00e9gie vise \u00e0 garantir une pr\u00e9sence effective et un soutien continu aux d\u00e9tenus, o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils se trouvent. <\/span><\/p>\n

Autre priorit\u00e9 affich\u00e9e, la question du si\u00e8ge social. <\/span>\u00ab Nous avons longtemps travaill\u00e9 avec des moyens limit\u00e9s. Disposer d\u2019un cadre ad\u00e9quat nous permettra de mieux coordonner nos actions et de r\u00e9pondre efficacement aux besoins<\/span> \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 Abdoulaye Dera. Mais au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019organisation interne, la principale difficult\u00e9 reste d\u2019ordre financier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les actions de solidarit\u00e9, les ruptures collectives pendant le Ramadan ou encore l\u2019organisation d\u2019activit\u00e9s festives n\u00e9cessitent des ressources cons\u00e9quentes. <\/span>\u00ab Les partenariats restent insuffisants, m\u00eame si des bonnes volont\u00e9s nous accompagnent d\u00e9j\u00e0 <\/span>\u00bb, a-t-il reconnu. L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9tablissements p\u00e9nitentiaires constitue \u00e9galement un enjeu, bien que des avanc\u00e9es aient \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans son intervention, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AIPAD a surtout lanc\u00e9 un appel \u00e0 un changement de perception. \u00ab Il ne faut pas penser que tous ceux qui sont en prison sont irr\u00e9cup\u00e9rables. Ce sont des \u00eatres humains qui ont besoin d\u2019\u00e9coute, d\u2019accompagnement et de compassion \u00bb, a-t-il plaid\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rappelant que nul n\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019abri de certaines \u00e9preuves, il invite les Burkinab\u00e8 \u00e0 plus de solidarit\u00e9 envers les d\u00e9tenus. A travers ce nouveau mandat de 3 ans, l\u2019AIPAD esp\u00e8re ainsi mobiliser davantage de soutiens pour redonner dignit\u00e9 et espoir aux personnes priv\u00e9es de libert\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n
