La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nouvelle compagnie industrielle de transformation et d\u2019exploitation des cultures ol\u00e9agineuses (SN Citec) a donn\u00e9, ce mercredi 1er avril 2026, le coup d\u2019envoi d\u2019un atelier consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration et \u00e0 la validation de son futur organigramme. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Nomand\u00e9 Prosper Kola.<\/p>\n

Organis\u00e9 du 1er au 4 avril 2026, cet atelier s\u2019inscrit dans la dynamique de r\u00e9organisation de l\u2019entreprise, en lien avec son nouveau statut de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 capitaux publics. L\u2019objectif est clair : mettre en place une organisation plus performante, capable de soutenir les ambitions de d\u00e9veloppement de la SN Citec.<\/p>\n

Durant quatre jours, experts et repr\u00e9sentants institutionnels, notamment du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie, du Commerce et de l\u2019Artisanat (MICA), de la DGPE, de la DGDI, de FASO RAIL et du cabinet FIDALI, vont plancher sur la structuration de l\u2019entreprise. Il sera question d\u2019identifier les besoins cl\u00e9s, de d\u00e9finir les directions strat\u00e9giques et de proposer une organisation hi\u00e9rarchique coh\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l\u2019issue des travaux, la SN Citec devrait disposer d\u2019un organigramme modernis\u00e9, align\u00e9 sur ses missions et mieux adapt\u00e9 aux exigences de performance d\u2019une entreprise publique. Une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive pour renforcer la gouvernance et impulser une nouvelle dynamique au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n
