Le groupe a officiellement acquis <\/span><span class=\"s1\">59,81 % du capital de la Banco Comercial do Atl\u00e2ntico (BCA)<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, la premi\u00e8re banque du Cap-Vert, c\u00e9d\u00e9s par la banque publique portugaise <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Caixa Geral de Dep\u00f3sitos (CGD)<\/span><span class=\"s3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Cette transaction, issue d\u2019un <\/span><span class=\"s1\">processus comp\u00e9titif engag\u00e9 depuis 2023<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, a re\u00e7u l\u2019approbation du <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Conseil des ministres du Portugal<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, ainsi que celle des autorit\u00e9s capverdiennes \u00e0 travers la <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Banque centrale du Cap-Vert (Banco de Cabo Verde \u2013 BCV)<\/span><span class=\"s3\">. Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">closing de l\u2019op\u00e9ration<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> s\u2019est tenu le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">jeudi 15 janvier 2026 \u00e0 Praia<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, marquant l\u2019entr\u00e9e officielle du Groupe Coris dans le paysage bancaire capverdien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Avec cette acquisition, Coris Holding renforce sa pr\u00e9sence sur le continent africain et s\u2019implante dans un pays reconnu pour la stabilit\u00e9 de son syst\u00e8me financier et son r\u00f4le de plateforme entre l\u2019Afrique, l\u2019Europe et les Am\u00e9riques. Le groupe affiche l\u2019ambition de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">contribuer activement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence \u00e9conomique du Cap-Vert<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, en proposant des solutions financi\u00e8res adapt\u00e9es aux besoins des entreprises, des PME et des acteurs \u00e9conomiques locaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">L\u2019op\u00e9ration vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">stimuler les \u00e9changes commerciaux entre le Cap-Vert et le reste de l\u2019Afrique<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, en s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9gionale de Coris, d\u00e9j\u00e0 solidement implant\u00e9 dans plusieurs pays de l\u2019UEMOA et d\u2019Afrique centrale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Fond\u00e9e en 1975, la <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Banco Comercial do Atl\u00e2ntico (BCA)<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> est une institution bancaire historique du Cap-Vert. Cot\u00e9e \u00e0 la <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Bourse du Cap-Vert<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, elle occupe une place centrale dans le financement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale. Obrigado ! \u00bb<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, le groupe affirme sa volont\u00e9 de b\u00e2tir un partenariat durable avec l\u2019archipel capverdien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Cette op\u00e9ration illustre la <\/span><span class=\"s1\">mont\u00e9e en puissance des groupes bancaires africains<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> dans les op\u00e9rations de rachat transfrontali\u00e8res et confirme le r\u00f4le croissant du capital africain dans le d\u00e9veloppement des syst\u00e8mes financiers du continent.
