Cette nouvelle configuration du gouvernement dirig\u00e9 par Rimtalba Jean Emmanuel Ou\u00e9draogo traduit une volont\u00e9 affich\u00e9e de rationalisation de l\u2019action publique et de recentrage des priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong><span class=\"s4\">Quatre d\u00e9parts, deux nouvelles entr\u00e9es<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le remaniement enregistre le d\u00e9part de quatre membres du gouvernement. Il s\u2019agit de :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Adama Luc Sorgho<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment ministre des Infrastructures et du D\u00e9senclavement ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Roger Barro<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, ministre de l\u2019Environnement, de l\u2019Eau et de l\u2019Assainissement ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Roland Somda<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, ministre des Sports, de la Jeunesse et de l\u2019Emploi ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dr Boubacar Savadogo<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, ministre de l\u2019Enseignement secondaire, de la Formation professionnelle et technique.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">En contrepartie, deux nouvelles figures font leur entr\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe gouvernementale :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pr Moumouni Zoungrana<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, nomm\u00e9 ministre charg\u00e9 de l\u2019Enseignement secondaire et de la Formation professionnelle ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Annick Lydie Djouma Pikbougoum\/Zingu\u00e9 Ouattara<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la t\u00eate du minist\u00e8re des Sports.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong><span class=\"s4\">Fusions et suppressions de minist\u00e8res<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Ce remaniement se distingue surtout par une restructuration institutionnelle majeure, avec la suppression de deux d\u00e9partements minist\u00e9riels et plusieurs changements de d\u00e9nomination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re des Infrastructures et du D\u00e9senclavement<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> est fusionn\u00e9 avec celui de l\u2019Urbanisme et de l\u2019Habitat. De cette fusion na\u00eet le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de la Construction de la Patrie<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, confi\u00e9 \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Mikailou Sidib\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Environnement, de l\u2019Eau et de l\u2019Assainissement<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> est, quant \u00e0 lui, r\u00e9organis\u00e9. Ses comp\u00e9tences sont d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9parties entre la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 foresti\u00e8re et le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture, de l\u2019Eau et des Ressources animales<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, dirig\u00e9 par le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat, le Commandant Isma\u00ebl Sombi\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, qui conserve la tutelle sur les questions environnementales et d\u2019assainissement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong><span class=\"s4\">Des d\u00e9nominations \u00e0 forte port\u00e9e symbolique<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Plusieurs minist\u00e8res changent d\u2019appellation, traduisant une volont\u00e9 politique d\u2019affirmer une nouvelle philosophie de gouvernance :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de la Fonction publique, du Travail et de la Protection sociale<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> devient le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re des Serviteurs du Peuple<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, dirig\u00e9 par <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Mathias Traor\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense et des Anciens Combattants<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> est rebaptis\u00e9 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de la Guerre et de la D\u00e9fense patriotique<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, sous la direction du <\/span><span class=\"s1\">ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Division C\u00e9lestin Simpor\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de la Justice et des Droits humains, charg\u00e9 des Relations avec les institutions, Garde des Sceaux<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, devient simplement le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de la Justice<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, confi\u00e9 \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Me Edasso Rodrigue Bayala<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, de la Coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9gionale et des Burkinab\u00e8 de l\u2019Ext\u00e9rieur<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> est d\u00e9sormais le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, dirig\u00e9 par <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Karamoko Jean Marie Traor\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\">Enfin, le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Action humanitaire et de la Solidarit\u00e9 nationale<\/span><span class=\"s3\">devient le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">minist\u00e8re de la Famille et de la Solidarit\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, avec \u00e0 sa t\u00eate le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Lieutenant-colonel P\u00e9lagie Kabr\u00e9\/Kabor\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s3\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\"><strong><span class=\"s4\">Un gouvernement resserr\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Avec <\/span><span class=\"s1\">quatre d\u00e9parts et deux nouvelles nominations<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, le gouvernement passe de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">24 \u00e0 22 portefeuilles minist\u00e9riels<\/span><span class=\"s3\">.
