La fa\u00eeti\u00e8re met en lumi\u00e8re les d\u00e9fis persistants li\u00e9s aux infrastructures et expose sa vision pour de meilleures conditions de travail, une int\u00e9gration accrue dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie formelle et une coh\u00e9sion sociale renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Avant tout propos, les travailleurs du secteur informel du Burkina Faso, r\u00e9unis au sein de leur faiti\u00e8re d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Conseil National de l\u2019Economie Informelle du Burkina Faso, adressent leurs remerciements \u00e0 Son Excellence le Capitaine Ibrahim TRAORE, Pr\u00e9sident du Faso, Chef de l\u2019Etat avec l\u2019ensemble de son Gouvernement, les partenaires techniques et financiers (Patronat, Chambre de Commerce et d\u2019Industrie, Bureau International du Travail etc.) pour la\u00a0 prise en compte du Conseil National de l\u2019Economie Informelle du Burkina Faso (CNEI-BF) dans les processus de prise de d\u00e9cisions et demandons davantage sa forte implication dans son r\u00f4le d\u2019interface entre le Gouvernement, les partenaires au d\u00e9veloppement et les travailleurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle. Nous f\u00e9licitons le Gouvernement pour le retour progressif des personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es internes, majoritairement des travailleurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle dans leurs localit\u00e9s. Nous saluons le th\u00e8me de cette \u00e9dition, portant sur le \u00ab d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures : enjeux, d\u00e9fis et engagement patriotique pour une \u00e9conomie durable \u00bb. Nous saluons les efforts d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures notamment marchandes. Cependant, les d\u00e9fis sont encore \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans les milieux informels. Nous retenons entre-autres :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>l\u2019insuffisance et inadaptation des infrastructures existantes (Manque de march\u00e9s am\u00e9nag\u00e9s et couverts, d\u2019espaces artisanaux modernes, faible prise en compte des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des m\u00e9tiers informels (tailleurs, m\u00e9caniciens, vendeurs ambulants, restauratrices\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>le financement limit\u00e9 et l\u2019absence de partenariats durables (difficult\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux ressources publiques et priv\u00e9es pour la construction et l\u2019entretien des infrastructures) C\u2019est pourquoi, le Conseil National de l\u2019Economie Informelle du Burkina Faso voudrait ici faire connaitre sa vision en trois (03) grands points :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le premier point concerne l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail et de production<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019infrastructures adapt\u00e9es (march\u00e9s, ateliers, entrep\u00f4ts, centres de services, zones artisanales, etc.) permet de :<\/p>\n<p>r\u00e9duire l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l\u2019insalubrit\u00e9 dans les espaces de travail ;<\/p>\n<p>faciliter la productivit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des produits ou services ;<\/p>\n<p>diminuer les pertes \u00e9conomiques li\u00e9es au manque d\u2019\u00e9quipements.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me point concerne l\u2019int\u00e9gration du secteur informel dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie structur\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<p>Les infrastructures bien con\u00e7ues favorisent la formalisation progressive du secteur informel :<\/p>\n<p>en donnant une adresse l\u00e9gale aux acteurs (ateliers, boutiques) ;<\/p>\n<p>en facilitant leur immatriculation et acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la fiscalit\u00e9 locale ;<\/p>\n<p>en renfor\u00e7ant la visibilit\u00e9 et la reconnaissance institutionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me point concerne le renforcement de la coh\u00e9sion sociale et urbaine :<\/p>\n<p>Un am\u00e9nagement inclusif des espaces de travail informels contribue \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<p>r\u00e9duire les tensions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019occupation anarchique du domaine public ;<\/p>\n<p>am\u00e9liorer la cohabitation entre populations urbaines et acteurs \u00e9conomiques ;<\/p>\n<p>promouvoir la participation citoyenne \u00e0 la gestion locale.<\/p>\n<p>Nous souhaitons pour terminer un fort engagement patriotique pour la mobilisation des ressources en vue de la construction et de la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019infrastructures modernes au profit du secteur priv\u00e9.
