Cette op\u00e9ration vise \u00e0 r\u00e9gulariser la situation des chantiers en cours ou interrompus, afin d&rsquo;assurer une meilleure gestion urbaine et de lutter contre les constructions abandonn\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00c0 cet effet, les propri\u00e9taires concern\u00e9s sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter au Secr\u00e9tariat de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l&rsquo;ONC-AC, situ\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;Avenue Thomas SANKARA, aux 1200 logements. Les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s devront se munir d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 ainsi que de tout document relatif \u00e0 leur parcelle et \u00e0 la construction en question. La campagne de v\u00e9rification se d\u00e9roulera du 23 septembre au 07 octobre 2024, avec un accueil quotidien du lundi au vendredi, entre 09h00 et 15h30.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Les documents fournis feront l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une v\u00e9rification minutieuse et un proc\u00e8s-verbal sera \u00e9tabli \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de l&rsquo;audition du propri\u00e9taire. Il est rappel\u00e9 que les contrevenants, qui ne r\u00e9gularisent pas leur situation dans les d\u00e9lais impartis, s&rsquo;exposent \u00e0 des sanctions en accord avec la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Pour toute information compl\u00e9mentaire, l&rsquo;ONC-AC peut \u00eatre contact\u00e9 au 72 99 59 59.
