Le lundi 8 septembre 2025, la Direction de Police de la Salubrit\u00e9 et de la Tranquillit\u00e9 Urbaine (DPSTU) de la Police Municipale de Ouagadougou a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la fermeture d\u2019un d\u00e9bit de boissons jug\u00e9 ill\u00e9gal, situ\u00e9 dans l\u2019arrondissement n\u00b011, au quartier Ragnongo.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9tablissement, initialement con\u00e7u comme une r\u00e9sidence h\u00f4teli\u00e8re, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9 en bo\u00eete de nuit sans autorisation. Selon la police municipale, il faisait l\u2019objet de nombreuses plaintes des riverains pour tapage nocturne et activit\u00e9s contraires aux bonnes m\u0153urs.<\/p>\n

\nLors de l\u2019op\u00e9ration, les agents ont saisi du mat\u00e9riel utilis\u00e9 dans l\u2019exploitation du site. Au regard du caract\u00e8re r\u00e9cidiviste des infractions, la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise de fermer d\u00e9finitivement l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n

La Police Municipale rappelle que l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un d\u00e9bit de boissons est strictement encadr\u00e9e par la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur. Elle n\u00e9cessite une autorisation pr\u00e9alable d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par l\u2019autorit\u00e9 communale ou d\u00e9concentr\u00e9e comp\u00e9tente, suite \u00e0 une demande formelle du promoteur. Tout d\u00e9bit de boissons fonctionnant en dehors de ce cadre l\u00e9gal s\u2019expose automatiquement \u00e0 une fermeture.<\/p>\n

Cette intervention s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre des actions de la DPSTU visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la tranquillit\u00e9 publique, \u00e0 lutter contre les nuisances sonores et \u00e0 promouvoir un environnement sain dans la capitale burkinab\u00e8.<\/p>\n
