Devant le Chef du Gouvernement, le ministre Poda a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le bilan de son action au premier semestre. Le taux global de mise en \u0153uvre des 60 activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues dans son contrat s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 60,85 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Trois axes strat\u00e9giques structurent ce contrat d\u2019objectifs : la promotion du commerce et des services, le d\u00e9veloppement du secteur industriel et artisanal, ainsi que la bonne gouvernance \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab Au 30 juin 2025, le taux global de mise en \u0153uvre des 60 activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues est de 60,85 %, contre un objectif de 50 %. Nous sommes donc en avance sur notre plan de travail \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le ministre Poda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les actions prioritaires du premier semestre ont port\u00e9 notamment sur la lutte contre la fraude commerciale, les pratiques anticoncurrentielles et la fixation non r\u00e9glementaire des prix, ainsi que sur l\u2019accompagnement de certaines unit\u00e9s industrielles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00ab Nous avons mis un accent particulier sur la relance de BRAFASO, dont les travaux de r\u00e9habilitation sont quasiment achev\u00e9s, ainsi que sur le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s de production de la Minoterie du Faso (MINOFA) \u00e0 Banfora, avec l\u2019installation de deux nouvelles cha\u00eenes de production \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 M. Poda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le ministre a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 l\u2019inauguration prochaine du Centre national d\u2019Appui \u00e0 la Transformation Artisanale du Coton (CNATAC), situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Bobo-Dioulasso, pr\u00e9vue pour le second semestre 2025. Cette infrastructure s\u2019inscrit dans une vision durable de soutien au secteur artisanal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Abordant la gestion des entreprises publiques relevant de son d\u00e9partement, le ministre a mis en avant les r\u00e9sultats financiers encourageants obtenus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une gouvernance ax\u00e9e sur la performance. \u00ab C\u2019est dans une logique de bonne gouvernance et de culture de la performance que nous agissons. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019\u00c9tat sous notre tutelle ont atteint un chiffre d\u2019affaires global de 24 milliards de francs CFA, ce qui prouve que nos efforts portent leurs fruits \u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00c0 quelques mois de la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le minist\u00e8re entend consolider les acquis, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en \u0153uvre des actions restantes et renforcer l\u2019impact socio-\u00e9conomique de ses interventions sur le terrain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong><span
