Cette proposition, loin de remettre en cause un mod\u00e8le historique, vise \u00e0 raccourcir les d\u00e9lais de paiement, soutenir les familles rurales et dynamiser l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale. Un d\u00e9fi logistique, mais peut-\u00eatre une opportunit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique pour toute la fili\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Dans les zones cotonni\u00e8res , le balai des camions de la SOFITEX est devenu une sc\u00e8ne famili\u00e8re. Chaque ann\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s des mois de labeur, les producteurs livrent leurs balles blanches \u00e0 l\u2019usine, confiants dans une relation b\u00e2tie depuis des d\u00e9cennies. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette coop\u00e9ration, le coton burkinab\u00e8 a su pr\u00e9server sa place sur le march\u00e9 mondial, gage du travail combin\u00e9 des paysans et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Au fil des campagnes, la SOFITEX n\u2019a cess\u00e9 d\u2019innover : accompagnement technique, fourniture d\u2019intrants \u00e0 cr\u00e9dit, fixation de prix r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateurs, am\u00e9lioration de la logistique. Ces efforts constants t\u00e9moignent d\u2019une volont\u00e9 de soutenir la fili\u00e8re et de pr\u00e9server un maillon essentiel de l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Mais dans les villages, une id\u00e9e revient avec insistance : et si la SOFITEX pouvait acheter le coton directement sur place ? L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de remettre en cause le syst\u00e8me actuel, mais d\u2019imaginer une alternative qui r\u00e9duirait l\u2019attente entre la livraison et le paiement. Pour les producteurs, cette innovation serait un souffle d\u2019air frais : elle faciliterait l\u2019acquisition du mat\u00e9riel agricole pour la campagne suivante, all\u00e9gerait la pression financi\u00e8re des familles et stimulerait l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique locale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Car dans les foyers cotonniers, l\u2019argent issu du coton n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un revenu agricole : c\u2019est aussi la cl\u00e9 de projets de vie. Les producteurs attendent ces paiements pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer mariages, fian\u00e7ailles, bapt\u00eames, pour entreprendre des voyages ou encore honorer des engagements familiaux. Et dans cette attente parfois longue, certains sont contraints de revendre leurs produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers :ma\u00efs, mil ou sorgho,afin de subvenir \u00e0 leurs besoins vitaux en attendant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des fonds de la SOFITEX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Bien s\u00fbr, la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un tel mod\u00e8le ne serait pas simple. Elle impliquerait de nouvelles organisations logistiques, un renforcement des capacit\u00e9s de stockage et une mobilisation importante de tr\u00e9sorerie. Mais la SOFITEX a montr\u00e9 par le pass\u00e9 qu\u2019elle sait s\u2019adapter et innover pour r\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 le coton reste l\u2019un des piliers de l\u2019\u00e9conomie burkinab\u00e8, toute initiative visant \u00e0 renforcer la confiance et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la fluidit\u00e9 dans la cha\u00eene m\u00e9rite r\u00e9flexion.
