{"id":2486,"date":"2025-08-01T13:38:15","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T13:38:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=2486"},"modified":"2025-08-01T13:42:16","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T13:42:16","slug":"qualite-et-normalisation-labnorm-propulse-le-burkina-faso-au-coeur-du-systeme-normatif-africain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=2486","title":{"rendered":"Qualit\u00e9 et normalisation: L\u2019ABNORM propulse le Burkina Faso au c\u0153ur du syst\u00e8me normatif africain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Burkina Faso vient d\u2019inscrire une nouvelle page dans son engagement pour la promotion de la qualit\u00e9 en Afrique. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de la 31<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u1d49<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Organisation Africaine de Normalisation (ARSO), qui s\u2019est tenue du 23 au 27 juin 2025 \u00e0 Zanzibar (Tanzanie), le pays a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9 \u00e0 la vice-pr\u00e9sidence du Conseil de l\u2019ARSO pour le mandat 2025\u20132028.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette distinction continentale, fruit d\u2019un processus rigoureux et hautement comp\u00e9titif, consacre l\u2019expertise et la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019Agence Burkinab\u00e8 de Normalisation, de la M\u00e9trologie et de la Qualit\u00e9 (ABNORM), bras technique de l\u2019\u00c9tat en mati\u00e8re de normalisation. Elle confirme \u00e9galement l\u2019engagement constant du Burkina Faso dans la mise en place d\u2019une infrastructure qualit\u00e9 conforme aux standards internationaux et adapt\u00e9e aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s africaines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2491\" src=\"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/IMG_7976.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"592\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/IMG_7976.jpeg 592w, https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/IMG_7976-300x200.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 592px) 100vw, 592px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En plus de la vice-pr\u00e9sidence, l\u2019ABNORM a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 un si\u00e8ge au sein du <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Standard Management Committee (SMC)<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, l\u2019organe technique strat\u00e9gique charg\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9laboration et de l\u2019harmonisation des normes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle continentale. Cette double nomination constitue un tournant d\u00e9cisif pour le Burkina Faso, qui renforce ainsi son influence au c\u0153ur du syst\u00e8me normatif africain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette nouvelle responsabilit\u00e9 s\u2019inscrit dans la vision des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s du pays, qui font de la qualit\u00e9 un levier de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et d\u2019int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale. Le Burkina Faso entend, \u00e0 travers cette vice-pr\u00e9sidence, jouer un r\u00f4le moteur dans l\u2019accompagnement de la <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine (ZLECAf)<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, dont la r\u00e9ussite d\u00e9pend largement de l\u2019harmonisation des normes et de la reconnaissance mutuelle des syst\u00e8mes qualit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1977, l\u2019ARSO regroupe aujourd\u2019hui 42 \u00c9tats membres, dont le Burkina Faso. Son r\u00f4le est crucial dans la facilitation des \u00e9changes commerciaux intra-africains, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des produits du continent, ainsi que la protection des consommateurs. Son \u00e9lection \u00e0 la vice-pr\u00e9sidence de l\u2019ARSO t\u00e9moigne de la reconnaissance par ses pairs africains de ses comp\u00e9tences et de sa volont\u00e9 d\u2019\u0153uvrer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une Afrique mieux structur\u00e9e autour de normes partag\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette distinction offre au pays une plateforme d\u2019influence et de collaboration renforc\u00e9e, \u00e0 un moment charni\u00e8re de l\u2019int\u00e9gration africaine.
