{"id":2460,"date":"2025-07-29T20:59:08","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T20:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=2460"},"modified":"2025-07-29T20:59:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T20:59:08","slug":"ouagadougou-les-activites-sportives-interdites-autour-du-monument-aux-heros-nationaux-a-partir-du-1er-aout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=2460","title":{"rendered":"Ouagadougou : Les activit\u00e9s sportives interdites autour du Monument aux H\u00e9ros Nationaux \u00e0 partir du 1er ao\u00fbt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">S\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement obligent, le site embl\u00e9matique de Ouaga 2000 ne sera plus accessible aux sportifs ni \u00e0 d\u2019autres types d\u2019activit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel en date du lundi 28 juillet 2025, le Pr\u00e9sident de la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation Sp\u00e9ciale (PDS) de la commune de Ouagadougou, Maurice Konat\u00e9, a annonc\u00e9 l\u2019interdiction formelle de toute activit\u00e9 sportive, socio-\u00e9conomique, culturelle ou \u00e9ducative dans les environs imm\u00e9diats du Monument aux H\u00e9ros Nationaux, sis \u00e0 l\u2019arrondissement N\u00b012, \u00e0 Ouaga 2000. Cette d\u00e9cision, qui prend effet \u00e0 compter du 1er ao\u00fbt 2025 \u00e0 00h00, est motiv\u00e9e par la recrudescence d\u2019accidents de la circulation sur le site ainsi que par des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement en cours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le site du Monument aux H\u00e9ros Nationaux, devenu au fil des ann\u00e9es un lieu pris\u00e9 pour les joggeurs, les cyclistes et autres amateurs de sport en plein air, est d\u00e9sormais jug\u00e9 \u00e0 haut risque. Malgr\u00e9 un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent appel \u00e0 la prudence lanc\u00e9 via le communiqu\u00e9 N\u00b02025-044\/CO\/M\/CAB\/DAJC en date du 04 mars 2025, les autorit\u00e9s constatent une \u201cr\u00e9currence de beaucoup d\u2019accidents graves chaque semaine entre les usagers de la route et les sportifs\u201d, peut-on lire dans le nouveau communiqu\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En plus des pr\u00e9occupations s\u00e9curitaires, le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du monument fait actuellement l\u2019objet de travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et d\u2019embellissement engag\u00e9s par les autorit\u00e9s nationales, ce qui renforce la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9loigner tout regroupement ou activit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Pr\u00e9sident de la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation Sp\u00e9ciale invite donc les citoyens \u00e0 se d\u00e9porter vers des espaces appropri\u00e9s pour la pratique de leurs activit\u00e9s. Il rappelle par ailleurs que tout contrevenant sera sanctionn\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cette mesure, bien que stricte, vise avant tout \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes et \u00e0 garantir le bon d\u00e9roulement des travaux.
