Organis\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re en charge de la Transition digitale \u00e0 travers le projet WURI, la rencontre a r\u00e9uni une centaine d\u2019acteurs locaux issus des provinces de l\u2019Oubritenga, du Kourw\u00e9ogo et du Ganzourgou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Plac\u00e9e sous la pr\u00e9sidence du Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la r\u00e9gion, repr\u00e9sentant madame le Gouverneur, cette session marque le coup d\u2019envoi d\u2019une s\u00e9rie d\u2019ateliers r\u00e9gionaux qui doivent sillonner le pays dans les semaines \u00e0 venir. Objectif : informer, mobiliser et impliquer les autorit\u00e9s d\u00e9concentr\u00e9es et d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es dans la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019identifiant unique, une pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse du projet WURI (Identification unique pour l\u2019Int\u00e9gration r\u00e9gionale et l\u2019Inclusion en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les participants ont eu droit \u00e0 plusieurs communications, \u00e0 commencer par celle du Coordonnateur national du projet, <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Dr T\u00e9gawend\u00e9 BISSYANDE<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, qui a bross\u00e9 un tableau complet du dispositif. Il a articul\u00e9 son intervention autour de quatre points cl\u00e9s : les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices attendus pour les citoyens, l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement du projet au Burkina Faso, les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9j\u00e0 engrang\u00e9s, et les grandes \u00e9tapes \u00e0 venir, notamment l\u2019enregistrement de masse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sur le plan juridique, <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Me Totao Ars\u00e8ne Yabr\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, juriste du projet, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les grandes lignes de la loi FID, qui encadre la cr\u00e9ation et la gestion de l\u2019identifiant unique. Il a rassur\u00e9 sur les garanties de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Enfin, <\/span><span class=\"s2\">M. Adrien Unt\u00e9ni Yonli<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, sp\u00e9cialiste en organisation et planification des op\u00e9rations, a insist\u00e9 sur le r\u00f4le crucial des structures locales dans le d\u00e9ploiement du projet : mobilisation des populations, appui logistique et accompagnement dans les diff\u00e9rentes phases d\u2019enregistrement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019auditoire, compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants des services d\u00e9concentr\u00e9s, des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales et d\u2019organisations locales, s\u2019est montr\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement attentif. De nombreuses questions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9es, t\u00e9moignant d\u2019un r\u00e9el int\u00e9r\u00eat pour cette r\u00e9forme num\u00e9rique d\u2019envergure. Selon les organisateurs, toutes les pr\u00e9occupations ont re\u00e7u des r\u00e9ponses jug\u00e9es satisfaisantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pour les responsables du projet WURI, cette \u00e9tape \u00e0 Oubri est une r\u00e9ussite et laisse augurer une bonne dynamique dans les prochaines r\u00e9gions.
