Yves KAFANDO, accompagn\u00e9 des membres de son Conseil de direction, a entrepris une s\u00e9rie de visites de courtoisie aupr\u00e8s d\u2019institutions cl\u00e9s engag\u00e9es dans la lutte contre la fraude et la promotion de la bonne gouvernance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">\u00c9tape 1 : Rencontre avec le monde judiciaire<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Au Tribunal de grande instance Ouaga II, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillie par le Pr\u00e9sident, M. Gildas ZOUR\u00c9, et le Substitut du Procureur, M. Sylvain SAWADOGO.<br \/>\nElle s\u2019est ensuite rendue au Tribunal de grande instance Ouaga I (P\u00f4le \u00e9conomique et financier), o\u00f9 l\u2019attendaient le Pr\u00e9sident, M. Abasse NOMBR\u00c9, et le Procureur du Faso pr\u00e8s le TGI Ouaga I, M. Blaise B. BAZI\u00c9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00c0 cette occasion, le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes a salu\u00e9 la diligence des autorit\u00e9s judiciaires dans le traitement des requ\u00eates de confiscation li\u00e9es aux marchandises frauduleuses et exprim\u00e9 son souhait de renforcer une collaboration d\u00e9j\u00e0 fructueuse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">En r\u00e9ponse, les responsables judiciaires ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 leur engagement \u00e0 soutenir les efforts de la Douane dans la lutte contre la fraude et la criminalit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">\u00c9tape 2 : Cap sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 avec l\u2019ASCE-LC<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">La journ\u00e9e s\u2019est poursuivie par une visite \u00e0 l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure de contr\u00f4le d\u2019\u00c9tat et de lutte contre la corruption (ASCE-LC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Le Contr\u00f4leur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019\u00c9tat et son adjoint ont :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s2\">F\u00e9licit\u00e9 le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes pour cette initiative jug\u00e9e \u00ab louable et historique \u00bb ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s2\">Appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la formalisation d\u2019un partenariat solide pour le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s2\">Souhait\u00e9 une implication accrue des agents douaniers dans la d\u00e9claration de leurs biens.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">En retour, le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s2\">R\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son engagement en faveur d\u2019une gouvernance exemplaire ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s2\">Promis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le taux de conformit\u00e9 des agents \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de d\u00e9claration de biens ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s2\">Exprim\u00e9 son ouverture \u00e0 toute initiative de formation et d\u2019accompagnement propos\u00e9e par l\u2019ASCE-LC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">Un geste fort : Ambassadeur de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Au terme des \u00e9changes, M.
