La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture a eu lieu le 15 septembre 2024 \u00e0 l\u2019Institut des sciences du sport et de d\u00e9veloppement humain, o\u00f9 les participants ont re\u00e7u des attestations de fin de formation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Ju Jitsu, art martial d\u2019origine br\u00e9silienne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre de cette session de formation. Pendant quatre jours, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration a initi\u00e9 une soixantaine de Burkinab\u00e8 aux rudiments de cet art martial. Maurice Emile Bangr\u00e9, repr\u00e9sentant de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration burkinab\u00e8 de Ju Jitsu et d\u00e9fense personnelle, a expliqu\u00e9 que le Ju Jitsu est une fusion de plusieurs arts martiaux, avec pour objectif ultime la d\u00e9fense personnelle. Il a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 que cette discipline consiste \u00e0 parer les attaques adverses par des \u00ab cl\u00e9s faites sur des articulations, des \u00e9tranglements sanguins ou respiratoires afin de faire l\u00e2cher prise \u00e0 l\u2019adversaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Maurice Emile Bangr\u00e9 a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration pr\u00e9voit de formaliser cet art au Burkina. Au cours du s\u00e9minaire, les apprenants ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les techniques de base du Ju Jitsu, incluant des d\u00e9fenses et des petites attaques. Satisfait de la mobilisation, il a annonc\u00e9 que pour les prochaines \u00e9ditions, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration se rendra \u00e0 Banfora, Orodara, Kaya, et ailleurs pour rapprocher cette discipline de la population. Il a aussi exprim\u00e9 sa joie de voir certains participants devenir instructeurs de grade 1 et a promis de continuer \u00e0 promouvoir la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Bouakr\u00e9 Kabor\u00e9, un des participants, a exprim\u00e9 sa satisfaction d\u2019avoir pris part \u00e0 la formation, soulignant qu&rsquo;il a revu les bases du Ju Jitsu pour mieux enseigner cet art martial.
