Coiffeur des stars, promoteur culturel et \u00e9g\u00e9rie de mode, Ibrahim Ciss\u00e9 incarne une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019artisans africains audacieux, passionn\u00e9s et engag\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Originaire de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, Ibrahim Ciss\u00e9 s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme coiffeur professionnel \u00e0 Paris, mais son parcours est tout sauf lin\u00e9aire. Form\u00e9 sur le tas, autodidacte affirm\u00e9, il a d\u2019abord exerc\u00e9 sans ambition particuli\u00e8re avant qu\u2019une rencontre fortuite ne l\u2019immerge dans l\u2019univers comp\u00e9titif des <\/span>barbershops<\/span> parisiens. \u00ab C\u2019est cette ambiance de comp\u00e9tition qui m\u2019a fait comprendre que j\u2019\u00e9tais vraiment coiffeur \u00bb, confie-t-il.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mais Ibrahim n\u2019est pas un coiffeur comme les autres. Ancien footballeur form\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Ivoire S-Acad\u00e9mie, il garde des liens forts avec le monde du sport. Une passerelle s\u2019est naturellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e entre ses deux univers : aujourd\u2019hui, il est le coiffeur attitr\u00e9 de plusieurs internationaux, notamment au sein des \u00c9talons du Burkina Faso. Son r\u00f4le d\u00e9passe la simple coupe de cheveux : il devient confident, conseiller, parfois m\u00eame figure fraternelle. \u00ab Le coiffeur joue un r\u00f4le psychologique important. Les joueurs ont besoin de se sentir bien dans leur peau pour performer. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

Le style, chez lui, devient signature. Une de ses coupes a m\u00eame inspir\u00e9 le logo de sa marque de v\u00eatements, <\/span>Atypique<\/span>, qui voyage entre l\u2019Afrique et l\u2019Europe. Cette esth\u00e9tique unique l\u2019a propuls\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au milieu de la mode : lors d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de la marque <\/span>Be Free<\/span>, il coiffe les mannequins\u2026 et devient lui-m\u00eame \u00e9g\u00e9rie. \u00ab Je suis d\u00e9j\u00e0 mannequin dans mon salon \u00bb, s\u2019amuse-t-il.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mais c\u2019est surtout son r\u00f4le de promoteur culturel qui fait de lui une figure inspirante. En organisant trois \u00e9ditions d\u2019un festival d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la coiffure et \u00e0 l\u2019artisanat, Ibrahim milite pour une revalorisation des m\u00e9tiers manuels. \u00ab Mon p\u00e8re \u00e9tait instituteur, il m\u2019a transmis l\u2019amour de la transmission. Je veux \u00e9veiller la jeunesse et leur offrir une seconde chance. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

Panafricaniste convaincu, il r\u00eave d\u2019exporter son festival \u00e0 Ouagadougou. \u00ab Le Burkina m\u2019a accueilli, je me sens utile ici. \u00bb Il refuse de se laisser enfermer dans des fronti\u00e8res et veut d\u00e9montrer que la r\u00e9ussite est possible en Afrique.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ses projets \u00e0 court terme ? Revenir dans la s\u00e9lection nationale, relancer son festival, et pourquoi pas\u2026 coiffer un jour un pr\u00e9sident. \u00ab Tout est possible, m\u00eame en venant de la coiffure \u00bb, dit-il avec foi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Son message \u00e0 la jeunesse ? <\/span>\u00ab\u00a0<\/span>Formez-vous, pr\u00e9parez-vous, ne r\u00eavez pas sans vous donner les moyens.<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb<\/span> Pour lui, la vie est un champ \u00e0 cultiver : <\/span>\u00ab\u00a0<\/span>On r\u00e9colte ce qu\u2019on s\u00e8me.<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n
