L\u2019association Les H\u00e9ro\u00efnes du Faso a organis\u00e9 le 12 juin 2025, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Forum Young Leading Conference (YOLEC) \u00e0 Ouagadougou, sous le th\u00e8me: \u00ab Leadership f\u00e9minin et transformation digitale : une jeunesse engag\u00e9e pour un Burkina Faso inclusif \u00bb.<\/em> La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a vu la pr\u00e9sence des repr\u00e9sentants des ministres en charge de la jeunesse et de la transformation digitale.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019envergure nationale a rassembl\u00e9 plus d\u2019une centaine de jeunes venus des 13 r\u00e9gions du Burkina Faso, dans le but de promouvoir un num\u00e9rique inclusif et de valoriser le leadership f\u00e9minin comme levier de transformation sociale. Plac\u00e9 sous le sceau de l\u2019engagement citoyen et de l\u2019innovation sociale, le YOLEC se veut bien plus qu\u2019un simple forum: c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable espace de formation, de r\u00e9seautage et de plaidoyer. L\u2019initiative port\u00e9e par Les H\u00e9ro\u00efnes du Faso vise \u00e0 faire \u00e9merger une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leaders, \u00e0 la fois comp\u00e9tents et engag\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis du XXIe si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n

Dans son discours inaugural, Sonia Farida Tiemtor\u00e9, pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019association organisatrice, a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la mission du r\u00e9seau: \u00ab Former, \u00e9couter, et faire \u00e9merger des jeunes filles capables d\u2019influencer positivement leurs communaut\u00e9s. \u00bb Elle a notamment salu\u00e9 l\u2019impact du programme Girl to Girl, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre du Projet Adolescents et Jeunes Leaders en Action, qui a permis \u00e0 de nombreuses jeunes filles de prendre conscience de leur valeur et de s\u2019engager activement dans la vie publique. \u00ab Lorsque les filles sont outill\u00e9es, \u00e9cout\u00e9es et soutenues, elles deviennent des actrices puissantes du changement \u00bb, a-t-elle insist\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Un moment fort d\u2019\u00e9motion a marqu\u00e9 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie lorsque les participantes, invit\u00e9es \u00e0 se lever, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ovationn\u00e9es par le public \u2014 un geste symbolique illustrant la port\u00e9e concr\u00e8te du travail du r\u00e9seau depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2019.L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sence de Nina Sori\/Yam\u00e9ogo, marraine de cette \u00e9dition, femme embl\u00e9matique du succ\u00e8s f\u00e9minin au Burkina Faso. Dans une allocution inspirante, elle a encourag\u00e9 les jeunes \u00e0 croire en eux et \u00e0 faire du num\u00e9rique un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur d\u2019impact : \u00ab Vous \u00eates les b\u00e2tisseurs du Burkina de demain \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les repr\u00e9sentants gouvernementaux, Fatoumata Sombi\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re de la Transition digitale, et Hamidou Nana, du minist\u00e8re des Sports, de la Jeunesse et de l\u2019Emploi, ont salu\u00e9 l\u2019initiative et r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 leur soutien \u00e0 la cause. Tous deux ont soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance du YOLEC dans la promotion de l\u2019inclusion num\u00e9rique, du leadership f\u00e9minin et de l’engagement civique de la jeunesse. Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation, compos\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois de jeunes filles et de gar\u00e7ons engag\u00e9s pour une masculinit\u00e9 positive, a \u00e9t\u00e9 chaleureusement applaudi. Leur mobilisation exemplaire incarne un esprit de collaboration intergenre et une prise de conscience partag\u00e9e des enjeux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, au d\u00e9veloppement durable et \u00e0 la justice sociale.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 des trois jours de forum, YOLEC est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre \u00e0 travers ses participant(e)s. La mission est claire : restituer, partager et transmettre les enseignements re\u00e7us dans les \u00e9coles, les associations et les r\u00e9gions respectives. Gr\u00e2ce au YOLEC, le leadership f\u00e9minin et la transformation digitale cessent d\u2019\u00eatre des id\u00e9aux lointains. Ils deviennent des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s tangibles, incarn\u00e9es par une jeunesse consciente, outill\u00e9e et d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 b\u00e2tir un Burkina Faso plus inclusif.<\/p>\n
