Avec comme th\u00e8me, \u00ab harmonisation des proc\u00e9dures douani\u00e8res pour un commerce fluide et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 dans l\u2019espace AES \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a \u00e9t\u00e9<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>plac\u00e9e sous la pr\u00e9sidence du ministre malien de l\u2019Economie et des Finances, Monsieur Alousseni SANOU accompagn\u00e9 de l\u2019Inspecteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Amadou KONATE, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes du Mali, de ceux du Niger et du Burkina Faso. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dans son discours, le ministre SANOU a indiqu\u00e9 que cette r\u00e9union vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des recommandations formul\u00e9es lors des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes rencontres, de plancher sur les orientations de la rencontre des ministres de l\u2019AES, tenue \u00e0 Bamako sur l\u2019harmonisation des textes juridiques en mati\u00e8re de libre circulation des personnes et des biens au sein de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, d\u2019aborder toutes les questions s\u00e9curitaires relatives aux fronti\u00e8res, d\u2019analyser et d\u2019adopter les conclusions de la r\u00e9union des experts, d\u2019examiner les avant-projets de textes douaniers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Parlant de l\u2019harmonisation des textes et proc\u00e9dures, l\u2019assistance administrative mutuelle, la lutte contre les trafics et la criminalit\u00e9 transfrontali\u00e8re, \u00ab Les d\u00e9fis sont certes immenses, a-t-il reconnu\u00bb, mais il a invit\u00e9 les directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux \u00e0 plus d\u2019engagement pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019architecture juridique n\u00e9cessaire en vue de l\u2019harmonisation des proc\u00e9dures douani\u00e8res. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> Dans la m\u00eame veine que ses homologues du Mali et du Niger, le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes du Burkina Faso, l&rsquo;Inspecteur divisionnaire Adama ILBOUDO estime que les travaux de cette rencontre permettront \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration d\u2019avancer vers une v\u00e9ritable harmonisation des proc\u00e9dures, de renforcer la s\u00e9curisation des fronti\u00e8res et de garantir la mobilisation efficace des recettes publiques indispensables au d\u00e9veloppement. \u00ab C\u2019est la preuve que notre Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration n\u2019est pas simplement une Alliance, mais bien une vision partag\u00e9e, une volont\u00e9 commune de surmonter les d\u00e9fis de notre \u00e9poque \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9, pr\u00e9cisant que cette rencontre marque une \u00e9tape nouvelle, celle d\u2019un engagement mutuel et renforc\u00e9 entre les administrations douani\u00e8res. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les travaux de ces deux jours d&rsquo;\u00e9changes, pr\u00e9vus du 15 au 16 mai 2025, feront l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie de recommandations \u00e0 l&rsquo;endroit des \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019AES.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les locaux de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Radisson Collection de Bamako ont servi de cadre pour le d\u00e9but<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1980,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[533,18,746,142,146,31,768,60,370,310,103],"class_list":["post-1979","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-developpement","tag-bamako","tag-burkina-faso","tag-direction-generale-des-douanes","tag-douane","tag-douanes-du-burkina-faso","tag-mali","tag-niamey","tag-niger","tag-observatoire-pour-la-celerite-des-operations-douanieres-au-burkina-faso","tag-organisation-mondiale-des-douanes","tag-ouagadougou"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
