Une reconnaissance majeure pour un capitaine d\u2019industrie qui, parti d\u2019une modeste institution de microfinance au Burkina Faso, a su b\u00e2tir un empire bancaire et industriel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle continentale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Fond\u00e9e en 2008, <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Coris Bank International<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> est aujourd\u2019hui le <\/span><span class=\"s1\">troisi\u00e8me groupe bancaire de l\u2019Union mon\u00e9taire ouest-africaine (Umoa)<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> avec pr\u00e8s de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">10 % de parts de march\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. Pr\u00e9sent dans les huit pays de l\u2019UEMOA, ainsi qu\u2019en Guin\u00e9e, au Tchad et au Cap-Vert, le groupe illustre la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un entrepreneur africain \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une institution financi\u00e8re solide, r\u00e9siliente et tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Cette r\u00e9ussite repose sur une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s1\">expansion r\u00e9gionale soutenue<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, marqu\u00e9e par des acquisitions cibl\u00e9es comme celle de la filiale ivoirienne de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Standard Chartered<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> et de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">67,8 % des parts de Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Tchad<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. Malgr\u00e9 le refus des autorit\u00e9s camerounaises concernant une op\u00e9ration similaire dans ce pays, Idrissa Nassa ne ralentit pas ses ambitions, visant d\u00e9sormais le march\u00e9 gabonais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Au-del\u00e0 de la banque, Idrissa Nassa s\u2019impose d\u00e9sormais comme un <\/span><span class=\"s1\">acteur \u00e9conomique de poids dans les secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et des mines<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. Par le biais de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Coris Investment Group<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, il a acquis les actifs burkinab\u00e8 de <\/span><span class=\"s1\">TotalEnergies dans l\u2019aval p\u00e9trolier<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, affirmant ainsi sa volont\u00e9 de contribuer \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique r\u00e9gionale.
