Cette nomination marque un nouveau chapitre pour le WATAF, avec Jules Tapsoba pr\u00eat \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 profit son vaste savoir-faire et son exp\u00e9rience pour renforcer les acquis de l&rsquo;organisation et contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de la r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jules Tapsoba est un \u00e9conomiste et expert reconnu en fiscalit\u00e9, actuellement Assistant Technique aupr\u00e8s de la Communaut\u00e9 \u00c9conomique des \u00c9tats de l&rsquo;Afrique de l&rsquo;Ouest (CEDEAO) et de l&rsquo;Union \u00c9conomique et Mon\u00e9taire Ouest-Africaine (UEMOA) \u00e0 Abuja, au Nigeria. Ancien Conseiller Sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 la Primature du Burkina Faso, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait charg\u00e9 des finances publiques, M. Tapsoba a su se distinguer par son engagement et son expertise dans le domaine fiscal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cadre sup\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;Administration Fiscale du Burkina Faso, M. Tapsoba est \u00e9galement Chef de Mission du Programme d&rsquo;Appui \u00e0 la Transition Fiscale en Afrique de l&rsquo;Ouest (PATF), un programme soutenu par la CEDEAO et l&rsquo;UEMOA. Sa vaste exp\u00e9rience s&rsquo;\u00e9tend \u00e0 des collaborations avec des organisations internationales de renom, notamment le Fonds Mon\u00e9taire International (FMI), la Banque Mondiale, l&rsquo;Union Europ\u00e9enne, Expertise France, l&rsquo;UNICEF, l&rsquo;Agence Fran\u00e7aise de D\u00e9veloppement (AFD). et USAID. . Il est \u00e9galement un formateur et \u00e9valuateur accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 TADAT, connu pour son leadership et ses contributions dans le domaine fiscal en Afrique de l&rsquo;Ouest et du Centre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La nomination de M. Tapsoba au poste de Secr\u00e9taire Ex\u00e9cutif du WATAF fait suite \u00e0 un processus de s\u00e9lection rigoureuse, t\u00e9moignant de sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 servir les administrations fiscales de la r\u00e9gion. Dans son discours d&rsquo;acceptation, M. Tapsoba a exprim\u00e9 sa gratitude pour la confiance qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e et a soulign\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0 poursuivre et renforcer les r\u00e9alisations de son pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.
