{"id":173,"date":"2024-09-13T10:38:35","date_gmt":"2024-09-13T10:38:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=173"},"modified":"2024-09-13T10:38:35","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T10:38:35","slug":"lutte-contre-le-tabac-26-400-000-fcfa-de-cigarettes-electroniques-et-chichas-retirees-du-marche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=173","title":{"rendered":"Lutte contre le tabac : 26 400 000 FCFA de cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques et chichas retir\u00e9es du march\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Dans le cadre de la lutte contre la consommation ill\u00e9gale de produits du tabac, les \u00e9quipes de la Brigade Mobile de Contr\u00f4le \u00c9conomique et de la R\u00e9pression des Fraudes (BMCRF), en collaboration avec la Police Nationale de Baskuy, ont men\u00e9 une op\u00e9ration d&rsquo;envergure qui a conduit au retrait du march\u00e9 d&rsquo;une importante quantit\u00e9 de cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e chichas, d&rsquo;une valeur estim\u00e9e \u00e0 26 400 000 FCFA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Cette initiative s&rsquo;inscrit dans l&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 conjoint n\u00b02017-0281\/MICA\/MINEFID, qui renforce les mesures de contr\u00f4le des cigarettes et autres produits du tabac import\u00e9s au Burkina Faso, ou en transit vers d&rsquo;autres pays. . Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 cet arr\u00eat\u00e9, les produits qui ne respectent pas les exigences r\u00e9glementaires ou pour lesquels les importateurs ne peuvent fournir les documents n\u00e9cessaires sont syst\u00e9matiquement confisqu\u00e9s et d\u00e9truits dans le respect des r\u00e8gles en vigueur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">En parall\u00e8le, il est rappel\u00e9 que la consommation de chicha dans les lieux publics, qu&rsquo;elles soient ferm\u00e9es ou non, est strictement interdite par la loi burkinab\u00e8.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Le Chef de D\u00e9partement des Investigations, du Contr\u00f4le, de la Lutte contre la Fraude et la Contrefa\u00e7on a salu\u00e9 la collaboration de la Police Nationale de Baskuy, essentielle au succ\u00e8s de cette op\u00e9ration.
