En l\u2019espace de deux ans, ce dispositif a permis de mobiliser plus de <\/span><span class=\"s2\">307,7 milliards FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, une somme issue de contributions aussi bien nationales qu\u2019internationales. L\u2019\u00e9volution de ces fonds t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un engagement collectif croissant, malgr\u00e9 un contexte \u00e9conomique tendu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">D\u00e8s 2023, la collecte atteignait <\/span><span class=\"s2\">99 milliards FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, mais l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante, l\u2019effort s\u2019est intensifi\u00e9 pour atteindre <\/span><span class=\"s2\">175,6 milliards FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\">. La tendance se poursuit en 2025 avec d\u00e9j\u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s2\">33 milliards FCFA collect\u00e9s au premier trimestre<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, laissant pr\u00e9sager une nouvelle ann\u00e9e de forte mobilisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le principal levier du FSP repose sur des <\/span><span class=\"s2\">pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements fiscaux<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> qui ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 <\/span><span class=\"s2\">15,8 milliards FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> au d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025. Parmi ces contributions forc\u00e9es, les fonctionnaires ont apport\u00e9 <\/span><span class=\"s2\">7,9 milliards FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, contre <\/span><span class=\"s2\">1,4 milliard FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> pour le secteur priv\u00e9. Un autre canal important est constitu\u00e9 des <\/span><span class=\"s2\">taxes sur les abonnements t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques et les services Canal+<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> (4,1 milliards FCFA) ainsi que des <\/span><span class=\"s2\">droits de douane<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> (2,7 milliards FCFA), qui pourraient encore augmenter avec les nouvelles mesures gouvernementales sur les importations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bien que minoritaires en volume, les contributions volontaires traduisent un attachement populaire \u00e0 l\u2019initiative. Les cessions volontaires de salaires atteignent <\/span><span class=\"s2\">389 millions FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, tandis que les financements issus de la LONAB et d\u2019autres fonds sp\u00e9cifiques s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s2\">116 millions FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\">. Par ailleurs, les dons directs des citoyens et entreprises totalisent <\/span><span class=\"s2\">525 millions FCFA<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Derri\u00e8re ces chiffres se cache un d\u00e9fi de taille : <\/span><span class=\"s2\">garantir une gestion rigoureuse et transparente<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> de ces ressources. Face aux besoins s\u00e9curitaires pressants et aux contraintes \u00e9conomiques du pays, la confiance des contributeurs repose sur une allocation efficace des fonds. L\u2019\u00c9tat burkinab\u00e8 devra donc maintenir un \u00e9quilibre entre mobilisation financi\u00e8re et bonne gouvernance pour assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de ce m\u00e9canisme de financement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Fonds de Soutien Patriotique refl\u00e8te une dynamique de <\/span><span class=\"s2\">solidarit\u00e9 nationale structur\u00e9e<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, o\u00f9 chaque acteur \u00e9conomique contribue \u00e0 l\u2019effort de guerre.
