Cette d\u00e9cision s&rsquo;inscrit dans la vision du Pr\u00e9sident du Faso de prioriser la production et la transformation industrielle des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res locales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Selon le ministre de l&rsquo;Industrie, du Commerce et de l&rsquo;Artisanat, Serge Gnaniodem Poda, ce d\u00e9cret vise \u00e0 renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 nationale en mati\u00e8re de production et de disponibilit\u00e9 des produits sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur. \u00ab L&rsquo;instauration de ces quotas est un soutien manifeste \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie nationale, garantissant des d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s pour les produits fabriqu\u00e9s localement \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Par ailleurs, le Conseil a \u00e9galement examin\u00e9 la situation d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution du budget et de la tr\u00e9sorerie de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat. La ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e en charge du Budget, Fatoumata BAKO\/TRAORE, a indiqu\u00e9 que les ressources mobilis\u00e9es \u00e0 mi-parcours s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 environ 1 400 milliards FCFA, repr\u00e9sentant un taux d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de 44,48 %, tandis que les d\u00e9penses atteignent 1 700 milliards FCFA, soit un taux d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de 46 %.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Les d\u00e9caissements au titre de la tr\u00e9sorerie s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 1 834 milliards FCFA, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieurs aux encaissements de 1 831 milliards FCFA. Des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises pour r\u00e9soudre les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es, notamment au niveau de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des imp\u00f4ts.
