Cette d\u00e9cision, annonc\u00e9e ce mercredi en Conseil des ministres, vise \u00e0 garantir un approvisionnement stable en hydrocarbures et \u00e0 renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du pays.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">Un d\u00e9p\u00f4t strat\u00e9gique pour le Burkina Faso<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Charg\u00e9e d\u2019assurer l\u2019approvisionnement en hydrocarbures du pays, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale burkinab\u00e8 d\u2019hydrocarbures (SONABHY) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera ainsi d\u2019un d\u00e9p\u00f4t strat\u00e9gique en dehors du territoire national. Ce projet permettra d\u2019accro\u00eetre les capacit\u00e9s de stockage et d\u2019optimiser la gestion des importations de produits p\u00e9troliers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019acquisition du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de Tema pr\u00e9sente plusieurs avantages majeurs :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Un site op\u00e9rationnel et connu<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> : Tema Multi Purpose Terminal est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fonctionnel et familier \u00e0 la SONABHY et \u00e0 ses partenaires.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Un acc\u00e8s facilit\u00e9 aux nouveaux fournisseurs<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> : Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des capacit\u00e9s de stockage externe, le Burkina Faso pourra diversifier ses sources d\u2019approvisionnement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Une alternative en cas de perturbations<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> : En cas de difficult\u00e9s sur d\u2019autres corridors d\u2019approvisionnement, ce d\u00e9p\u00f4t offrira une option fiable pour orienter les livraisons.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Des \u00e9conomies sur les co\u00fbts logistiques<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> : La SONABHY pourra r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance aux infrastructures de stockage tiers, optimisant ainsi ses d\u00e9penses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Un investissement strat\u00e9gique de 70 millions de dollars<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le co\u00fbt global de cette acquisition s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s2\">70 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains<\/span><span class=\"s1\">. Un investissement jug\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour s\u00e9curiser les approvisionnements et r\u00e9pondre aux besoins croissants en hydrocarbures de la population burkinab\u00e8.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\">Avec cette op\u00e9ration, le Burkina Faso franchit une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive dans sa strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
