{"id":1441,"date":"2025-02-21T15:01:29","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T15:01:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=1441"},"modified":"2025-02-21T15:01:29","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T15:01:29","slug":"crise-du-depotage-a-la-sonabhy-le-gouvernement-prend-des-mesures-strictes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=1441","title":{"rendered":"Crise du d\u00e9potage \u00e0 la SONABHY : Le gouvernement prend des mesures strictes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong>La FUTRB exhorte tous les transporteurs d\u2019hydrocarbures \u00e0 faire preuve de responsabilit\u00e9 et de patriotisme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Face \u00e0 l\u2019interruption prolong\u00e9e des op\u00e9rations de d\u00e9potage au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la SONABHY \u00e0 P\u00e9ni (Bobo-Dioulasso), le gouvernement burkinab\u00e8 a pris une s\u00e9rie de mesures drastiques visant \u00e0 garantir l\u2019approvisionnement en hydrocarbures du pays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Unions des Transporteurs Routiers du Burkina (FUTRB) a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 ces nouvelles dispositions, qui marquent un tournant dans la gestion du secteur du transport des hydrocarbures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Parmi les d\u00e9cisions annonc\u00e9es, figure l\u2019obligation du <\/span><span class=\"s1\">d\u00e9potage aux compteurs<\/span><span class=\"s2\">dans tous les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de la SONABHY. Cette mesure vise \u00e0 renforcer la transparence et \u00e0 \u00e9viter d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles fraudes ou irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s dans la distribution des hydrocarbures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Le gouvernement a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 la <\/span><span class=\"s1\">r\u00e9quisition de tous les camions-citernes<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> pour une p\u00e9riode de six mois. Cette d\u00e9cision entra\u00eene la <\/span><span class=\"s1\">suspension des contrats<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> en cours, une mesure qui pourrait avoir un impact significatif sur les transporteurs concern\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">De plus, tout transporteur refusant de se conformer \u00e0 ces nouvelles directives verra son <\/span><span class=\"s1\">contrat imm\u00e9diatement r\u00e9sili\u00e9<\/span><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Le gouvernement ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. Les chauffeurs routiers ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019interruption des op\u00e9rations de d\u00e9potage \u00e0 P\u00e9ni et Bingo seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme ayant commis un <\/span><span class=\"s1\">acte de sabotage contre l\u2019\u00c9tat<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. De ce fait, ils seront poursuivis en justice, ces faits \u00e9tant assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 un <\/span><span class=\"s1\">soutien \u00e0 l\u2019ennemi<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, conform\u00e9ment aux lois en vigueur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">La FUTRB a exhort\u00e9 tous les transporteurs d\u2019hydrocarbures \u00e0 faire preuve de responsabilit\u00e9 et de patriotisme afin d\u2019assurer un <\/span><span class=\"s1\">approvisionnement efficace<\/span><span class=\"s2\">du pays en carburant.
