Mahamadi Ou\u00e9draogo, plus connu sous le nom de Mdi, est une figure embl\u00e9matique de la sc\u00e8ne m\u00e9diatique au Burkina Faso. Journaliste de formation, animateur de c\u00e9r\u00e9monies, et communicateur talentueux, il inspire par sa vision et son engagement. Socialement engag\u00e9, Mdi est aussi un r\u00eaveur, et l\u2019un de ses r\u00eaves est intimement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du paysage urbain de Ouagadougou, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au quartier Zone 1.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Dans une r\u00e9cente r\u00e9flexion partag\u00e9e, Mdi a expos\u00e9 un r\u00eave qui lui tient particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 c\u0153ur : transformer l\u2019espace situ\u00e9 en face du foyer de la Croix-Rouge, dans le quartier Zone 1 de Ouagadougou, en un v\u00e9ritable lieu de tourisme et de d\u00e9tente. Pour cet orateur reconnu, cet endroit, situ\u00e9 non loin de la Maison de la Femme, pourrait devenir un havre de paix, attirant \u00e0 la fois les amoureux de la nature et ceux en qu\u00eate d\u2019un moment de r\u00e9pit.<\/div>\n

Mdi imagine des cocotiers et des fleurs bordant le barrage, cr\u00e9ant une atmosph\u00e8re propice aux promenades romantiques et aux moments de contemplation. Mais son r\u00eave ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. Il propose \u00e9galement de d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me permettant de mieux g\u00e9rer les inondations, notamment en construisant un pont au niveau du boulevard des Tansoba. Ce pont, associ\u00e9 au canal existant derri\u00e8re la Maison de la Femme, permettrait de canaliser le surplus d\u2019eau en p\u00e9riode de fortes pluies, tout en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me environnant.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pour Mahamadi Ou\u00e9draogo, un barrage bien entretenu pourrait \u00e9galement devenir un lieu de p\u00eache en abondance. Imaginez un espace o\u00f9 les visiteurs pourraient p\u00eacher leur propre poisson, le faire griller sur place et le d\u00e9guster avec leurs proches dans une ambiance conviviale. Un concept simple mais porteur de bien-\u00eatre et d\u2019attraction touristique pour la ville.<\/div>\n

Ce r\u00eave, bien que partag\u00e9 par Mdi avec une pointe de nostalgie, refl\u00e8te une vision plus large pour Ouagadougou et le Burkina Faso. \u00ab\u00a0R\u00eavons pour nous-m\u00eames et aussi pour notre pays\u00a0\u00bb, insiste-t-il, soulignant que toute transformation commence par une simple id\u00e9e, un simple r\u00eave.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ainsi, ce projet, bien qu’encore \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de r\u00eave, traduit l\u2019espoir d\u2019un Ouagadougou qui se r\u00e9invente, o\u00f9 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement urbain et la pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement cohabitent pour offrir \u00e0 ses habitants et visiteurs un cadre de vie am\u00e9lior\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Le Burkina Faso de demain se construira, comme le souligne Mdi, sur les r\u00eaves et les initiatives de ceux qui, comme lui, osent imaginer un futur plus radieux pour leur communaut\u00e9. Un r\u00eave qui, esp\u00e9rons-le, pourrait inspirer les autorit\u00e9s locales \u00e0 repenser l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de cet espace strat\u00e9gique au c\u0153ur de Ouagadougou.<\/div>\n
