Selon un communiqu\u00e9 officiel du Procureur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d&rsquo;appel de Bobo-Dioulasso, M. YODA et ses complices sont accus\u00e9s de <\/span><span class=\"s3\">stellionat et de blanchiment de capitaux<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> pour un pr\u00e9judice \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 <\/span><span class=\"s3\">108 millions de francs CFA<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> .<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">L&rsquo;affaire a \u00e9clat\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e le <\/span><span class=\"s3\">29 juillet 2024<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> par <\/span><span class=\"s3\">LALLOGO Dapor\u00e9 Souleymane<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> , qui accuse M. YODA et plusieurs autres personnes \u2013 <\/span><span class=\"s3\">TERA Lamine, COULIBALY Adama, KOLOGO Yemdorogo Augustin, ROUAMBA Adama et autres<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> \u2013 d&rsquo;escroquerie fonci\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire, confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la Brigade de Recherche de la gendarmerie de Banfora, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les mis en cause identifiaient des parcelles suppos\u00e9ment non attribu\u00e9es dans la ville. Ils les vendaient ensuite \u00e0 des acqu\u00e9reurs en utilisant <\/span><span class=\"s3\">des actes de vente et des ordonnances judiciaires de mutation de droits r\u00e9els<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> d\u00e9livr\u00e9s par M. YODA lui-m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Ce stratag\u00e8me aurait permis aux suspects de vendre <\/span><span class=\"s3\">18 parcelles<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> entre 2022 et 2024, engrangeant une somme de <\/span><span class=\"s3\">108 millions de francs CFA<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs acheteurs, dont le plaignant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Face \u00e0 la gravit\u00e9 des faits, le procureur du Faso pr\u00e8s le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Banfora a engag\u00e9 des <\/span><span class=\"s3\">poursuites judiciaires<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> pour <\/span><span class=\"s3\">stellionat et blanchiment de capitaux<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> contre les accus\u00e9s. Dans son communiqu\u00e9, le Procureur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Adama KAFANDO<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> a tenu \u00e0 rassurer l&rsquo;opinion publique :<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00ab La proc\u00e9dure engag\u00e9e contre les personnes d\u00e9riv\u00e9es se poursuivra conform\u00e9ment aux lois en vigueur et dans le strict respect des droits des pr\u00e9venus. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">L&rsquo;affaire, qui met en cause un haut magistrat, suscite de vives r\u00e9actions dans l&rsquo;opinion.
