{"id":1228,"date":"2025-01-15T17:43:28","date_gmt":"2025-01-15T17:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=1228"},"modified":"2025-01-15T17:43:28","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T17:43:28","slug":"burkina-faso-reunion-des-experts-pour-evaluer-linterconnexion-des-systemes-informatiques-douaniers-des-pays-de-laes-et-du-togo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voxsahel.com\/?p=1228","title":{"rendered":"Burkina Faso\u00a0: R\u00e9union des experts pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019interconnexion des syst\u00e8mes informatiques douaniers des pays de l\u2019AES et du Togo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\ud835\udc03\ud835\udc2e \ud835\udfcf\ud835\udfd3 \ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2e \ud835\udfcf\ud835\udfd5 \ud835\udc23\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfce\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfd3, le Burkina Faso abrite une r\u00e9union des Experts pour le suivi et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des recommandations des travaux des Directeurs G\u00e9n\u00e9raux des Douanes de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Etats du Sahel (AES) et du Commissaire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Office togolais des recettes (OTR).<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des douanes du Burkina, a eu lieu \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Azala\u00ef en pr\u00e9sence du Commissaire des Douanes et droits indirects du Togo, des Directeurs G\u00e9n\u00e9raux Adjoints des Douanes du Mali et du Niger, des membres du Conseil de Direction de la DGD, des Inspecteurs techniques, des Chefs d\u2019offices et des membres du groupe d\u2019experts de l\u2019interconnexion des syst\u00e8mes informatiques des douanes du Burkina Faso, du Mali, du Niger et du Togo.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9union de haut niveau vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l\u2019interconnexion des syst\u00e8mes informatiques douaniers de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Etats du Sahel (AES) et de la R\u00e9publique togolaise en s\u2019appuyant sur les recommandations des travaux des Directeurs G\u00e9n\u00e9raux des Douanes et du Commissaire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OTR suite \u00e0 la rencontre de Lom\u00e9 de septembre 2024. Elle est une opportunit\u00e9 aux pays concern\u00e9s de s\u2019accorder sur des pistes de solution aux fins d\u2019am\u00e9lioration et de consolidation de la gestion de l\u2019interconnexion existante.<\/p>\n<p>Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des douanes, l\u2019Inspecteur divisionnaire Adama ILBOUDO, a tenu \u00e0 souhaiter la bienvenue aux participants venus du Mali, du Niger, et du Togo sur la terre libre et hospitali\u00e8re du pays des hommes int\u00e8gres. l\u2019interconnexion des syst\u00e8mes informatiques contribue \u00e0 la gestion informatis\u00e9e du transit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle des pays membres et \u00e0 la facilitation des \u00e9changes commerciaux transfrontaliers ; toute chose qui permet \u00e0 nos pays de lutter efficacement contre la fraude douani\u00e8re et les trafics illicites et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les d\u00e9perditions de recettes fiscales au d\u00e9triment de nos Tr\u00e9sors publics respectifs.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant des conclusions de qualit\u00e9 de cette \u00e9valuation et celles des livrables, une visite du Centre de contr\u00f4le du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectronique de suivi satellitaire des marchandises en transit de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes du Burkina Faso sera effectu\u00e9e en vue de faciliter l\u2019uniformisation des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques de suivi du transit entre les pays de l\u2019AES et la R\u00e9publique Togolaise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
