La fili\u00e8re b\u00e9tail\/viande au Burkina Faso continue de jouer un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans l’\u00e9conomie nationale, selon les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9centes fournies par l’Agence pour la Promotion des Exportations du Burkina – APEX-Burkina<\/span><\/a><\/span>. En 2019, les projections montrent des effectifs impressionnants, avec 10 036 771 bovins, 16 103 880 caprins et 10 755 322ovins.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ces chiffres illustrent la vitalit\u00e9 de cette fili\u00e8re qui constitue une source cl\u00e9 de revenus et de nutrition pour la population burkinab\u00e8. En 2018, les abattages contr\u00f4l\u00e9s de ces trois esp\u00e8ces ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 54 764 288 tonnes de viande, r\u00e9pondant ainsi aux besoins en croissants du march\u00e9 local et international.<\/div>\n
