center;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Communiqu\u00e9 <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Il est port\u00e9 \u00e0 la connaissance des importateurs que pour l&rsquo;accomplissement des formalit\u00e9s douani\u00e8res, il est exig\u00e9 la production des documents obligatoires \u00e0 joindre \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration en d\u00e9tail pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 7 de la d\u00e9cision n\u00b02007-000557\/MEF\/SG\/DGD du 25 juillet 2007 fixant la forme des d\u00e9clarations de douanes, des \u00e9nonciations qu&rsquo;elles doivent contenir et les documents qui doivent y \u00eatre annex\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cela permet au service de contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;exactitude des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la d\u00e9claration (origine, valeur, esp\u00e8ce tarifaire) et de pouvoir d\u00e9celer les fausses d\u00e9clarations et les man\u0153uvres tendant \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une taxation r\u00e9duite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En outre, la production de ces documents obligatoires facilite un recouvrement des droits et taxes normalement dus ainsi que l&rsquo;atteinte des pr\u00e9visions annuelles de recettes \u00e0 recouvrer par la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des douanes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Aussi, \u00e0 compter du lundi 06 janvier 2025, tout importateur devra veiller \u00e0 fournir \u00e0 son commissionnaire en douane agr\u00e9\u00e9 les documents exigibles pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l&rsquo;annexe 2 de ladite d\u00e9cision, notamment :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">la facture commerciale ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">le connaissement ou la lettre de transport a\u00e9rien ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">la d\u00e9claration d&rsquo;exportation, de r\u00e9exportation ou de transit du pays de provenance ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">la d\u00e9claration de transit du pays limitrophe ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">le bordereau \u00e9lectronique de suivi de cargaison (BESC) ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">la facture fret maritime si la marchandise a \u00e9t\u00e9 exp\u00e9di\u00e9e directement d&rsquo;Asie, d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique ou d&rsquo;Europe \u00e0 destination du Burkina Faso sous incoterms Prix D\u00e9part Usine (PDU) ou Free On Board (FOB) etc<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Le
